The rooms were good, the location, like all of Venice, accessible but quiet off a main tourist path. In general, the rental was what we expected. And while they don't advertise air conditioning, the apartment came with two portable units that don't really work - the discharge hangs out the window, and therefore the Venice heat blows back in around the exhaust hoses.
Very primitive - and frustrating - arrangement.
The shower is really goofy - the shower head does not remain up on its adjustable track.
The washing machine worked very well.
Laura (the assistant) was willing, but not ambitious about helping us recover lost luggage. I believe it was due to her age, and unwillingness to put long-distance calls to Florence on her phone, but... it would have been wonderfully helpful if the rental agency had assisted us with getting our luggage.
