Dear Madam, I am sorry you spent your vacation in Venice during the hottest week of the hottest summer from decades. Usually temperatures are below 30-32 degrees in summer. That said, you should be more careful in accusing an owner of unfaithful flat descriptions, that is unacceptable on my side. If you had read with care the flat description, before booking, you would have read that there is a conditioner in the main bedroom and a fan in the second. In normal summer weather conditions they are enough (as many visitors before you could verify). As well, the description clearly states that the flat is at the second floor (of ground, first and second). Regarding the shortness of the light timer for the stairs, why haven't you informed me of your problem DURING your stay? I would have contacted the condominium manager to see if the time could be increased for your particular needs. Moreover, light switches are enlightened to located them. I am always available to help my guests, but they should at least put me in the condition to be helpful such that a ''big issue'' can become a no issue at all ...
