House Rental
A spacious family villa, this property is ideally suited for multi-generational vacations. Equipped with a variety of children's toys and books as well as an extensive beach library for everyone else. This property is sure to have something to amuse everyone. The private pool on the deck allows for quick dips day and night. Dawn Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, is just a 7 minute walk away. This is a downhill walk and is quite quick, but the walk back is up hill and will take at least twice as long. Dawn Beach will give you access to some of the best snorkeling on the island. At the far end of this beach you can walk to a gourmet dinner and gambling at the Westin Hotel.

Family Reunion
We had 12 in our group & every one loved this Beautiful Villa. The pictures don't even do it justice but do help you see what you will be enjoying. On the border of both the Dutch & French sides made it easy to get to every place on the Island. We would shop in the morning, go to the beach in the afternoon & go in our pool before going out for the night. Spectacular views from the house and beaches & entertainment within walking distance. We were all family who went to see family who live on the Island and this was perfect for us all. Our ages ranged from 16 to 85 and I highly recommend this Villa.

In love with St. Martin....and Fiddler's Green!!
Enjoyed my stay back in October so much, that we went back in January! Private luxury a few minutes from incredible beach and amenities. Westin below is a wonderful place to finish off a busy beach day with a cocktail and swim. The villa is situated only minutes away from Phillipsburg, with wonderful shopping and grocery heaven. Close enough to the French side, that fresh morning baguette is just a couple minutes away by car. The house is comfortably lived in, with everything necessary for an amazing vacation.

Look no more...this is it
What a beautiful home. This is the second time we have stayed at Fiddler's Green. The house was in great shape and the amenities, where should I start?
The owner, Suzanne is great to work with. She answers all questions promptly and is very fair with her guests.
The caretakers are priceless. Justin and Moreen go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.
The house has beautiful views and a nice breeze through out. The pool area is the perfect spot when you return from exploring the island to enjoy a cocktail.
The kitchen is well appointed.
There are several restaurants nearby. Our favorite day was when we rented a yacht and toured around the entire island. The yacht rentals are 2 minutes away.
We can't wait to return to Fiddler's Green

A truly beautiful and warm property
I have just returned from a week's stay at Fiddler's Green. The house lived up to all expectations. We had four generations in our group, and all were totally happy. The spacious main living area and dining area easily accommodated all eleven of us. The 2 1/2 year old was fascinated with all the toys. The men loved the big TV for all the sports between Christmas and New Year's. The first and second generation loved the convenience of the two master suites, and the younger ones in the group enjoyed the privacy of the other accommodations. Of course the deck, with the spectacular view and pool, got its fair share of activity. We found that Oyster Pond had plenty of food and drinks, so we didn't venture far in the evenings -- with the exception of a couple of trips to Grand Case for real gourmet dinners.
You never know, when renting unseen, just what you might find. We were extremely pleased with the well equipped home. And Moreen's always smiling face and helpfulness was a great addition. Lulu's visits were delightful. Lulu is Moreen's pet Chihauhua.

Wonderful villa with loads of ammenities
We had a wonderful time at this great property. It is spacious and great for multi-generational families. Being on multiple levels everyone can have some privacy yet still congregate in the common area where there is dining and seating for all. Many rentals have only small dining room tables etc. This is not an issue and the kitchen is very well equipped. The deck is large with a beautiful view and the house pool is great for escaping the heat. There are safety measures for those with small children too which is peace of mind.
St. Martin is known as the "friendly island" and it lived up to its reputation. It's wonderful that the beaches are public and not hidden behind massive hotels. The local beach Dawn Beach is very nice and great for kids. It's only a short drive to many other wonderful spots as well. I highly recommend a visit!

Extremely relaxing and comfortable
The house is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. With a great view of St., and the sun rise, you can enjoy your morning coffee while deciding which beach or sights to see that day.
The house has plenty of room for you and your extended family. It is configured strategically to allow for the whole family to enjoy each others company, as well as provides quiet areas such as the back garden to commiserating with the turtles.

About the neighborhood
The villa has a panoramic view of Oyster Pond and Dawn Beach. The French island of St. Barthelemy (St Barth's) is visible on the horizon and provides a twinkling night time vista. In a quiet yet vibrant area of Sint Maarten you will avoid the press of the tourist trade, but will be able to enjoy many restaurants, bars and gambling all in the area. Dawn Beach, on our doorstep is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. As well it is a short trip to Orient Beach, arguably one the most famous beaches in the Caribbean. We are also close to the best "baby beach" we have ever seen. Even the littlest child can walk in the surf. Perfect for young families. The Villa has parking and we encourage guests to rent cars in order to fully experience the island. Sint Maarten is a small safe island with two cultures, French and Dutch, waiting to be explored.
