Excellent location, peaceful with some great coffee shops and easy walk to good restaurants. Secure and relaxing apartment, garden seat was lovely for quiet breakfast. Modestly sized accommodation but had all we needed for an enjoyable stay.

It is a great little place compact and tidy. It is as the description on the Web page and very happy with the premises and communication with the landlord. I would recommend it. If we come back to CapeTown we would stay here again

About the neighborhood
Cape Town is a sophisticated, cosmopolitan city at the gateway to a majestic continent. Warmed by the African sun, the city is dominated by a towering table-shaped mountain, set on a peninsula of soaring, rocky heights and lush valleys, where two great oceans converge. The city is a melting pot of cultures and offers a wide range of activities that cater to the adrenalin junkie (sky-diving, mountaineering, shark-cage adventures) and those in pursuit of more leisurely activities, like visiting the beautiful wine lands of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek or exploring the city's rich history (The Castle, The Slave Lodge, The District Six museum, The Gold of Africa museum). Take a ferry out to Robben Island to see the conditions under which some of South Africa's more famous freedom figh...
Getting around
It's easy to walk to most places of interest in the city from the apartment, but to explore further afield, it's advisable to hire a car or make use of our excellent MyCity bus system. It's cheap, clean and efficient, and there's a bus stop just around the corner from the apartment. Within 10 minutes, you could be on the golden beaches of Clifton or Camps Bay!
