Your perfect place in the sun! Island View Villa is all about views and space, both of which it has in spectacular abundance. <BR><BR>The house is perfectly located on the slopes of Signal Hill in Green Point, overlooking the Green Point Park in the foreground and the dramatic sweep of Table Bay beyond. Relax on the patio and watch the ships sail past Robben Island on their way into the harbour.<BR><BR>If entertainment is your thing, you can't do better than this. Wonderful flow from the living rooms and bedrooms to huge, sea-facing balconies. Large, sparkling pool. Excellent security. Garaging for 3 cars.

The triple garage has direct, secure access to the first level. Here you will enter the huge sitting room, dining room and open-plan kitchen. The living area flows out onto an enormous, sun-drenched terrace, ideal for entertaining.<BR><BR>There is also one bedroom on the first level, with its own bathroom.<BR><BR>Three bedrooms are located on the 3rd level. The magnificent master suite is enormous and beautifully appointed, and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a separate shower, with an awesome sea view! <BR>Both the master bedroom and another bedroom on this level lead onto a huge sea-facing terrace that runs the entire length of the property. The 3rd bedroom on this level faces onto the swimming pool terrace.
