Very clean, calm, quiet, ground floor, basement apartment under the owner's home. Steep slope leading down to apartment. Comfortable bed and trundle bed. View of the forest and distant mountains. Suburban, gated neighborhood. Central location for visiting both islands. 2 cats. Good internet when it was available. Owners above are very quiet. There were lots of mosquitoes and flies. No mosquito net over the bed. Insect spray needed to be applied during the day and at bedtime even with the doors and windows closed and the a/c on. Tiny ants and white spiders in the kitchen appeared when anything was put on the counter and burners. Food shelves infested with ants so we put our food in plastic bags in the bedroom. There were some sprays under the sink that we used but nothing worked. I believe the water is solar heated so it was lukewarm. Not hot enough for washing dishes so we boiled water on the stove. More counter space is needed for food preparation. Toilet and shower room in 1 narrow space with a translucent door. The area above the bathroom is open to the bedroom, lacking in privacy. Outdoor table and chairs are on stones next to a very steep downhill back yard. Might not be suitable for children. The directions were extremely difficult to follow even with a GPS in English. Poor signage, winding, one lane roads and bridges with blind corners around every turn. We did not attempt to drive at night. The power went out on our last day and no assistance was offered.

Isabelle et Manu nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans le rez de leur villa située dans un quartier résidentiel très verdoyant. Logement indépendant sans vis à vis, moderne, fonctionnel , très bien équipé et qui fait la part belle à la couleur orange.Super lit king size où l on s'endort en écoutant les grenouilles. Prendre nos repas sur la terrasse privative où nous relaxer sur les transats ...orange. ..que du bonheur!! Cette villa mérite son nom.....ZEN.Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

trés belle location ,proprietaire agréable et sympathique,très bel endroit ,on se repose bien ,calme ,bien situé ,nous y retournerons sans scrupules et avec enthousiame.
