Friendly family home, quiet location in Pre-Alpine Italy
Gabriele made us incredibly welcome and coped with our varying arrival and departure dates. He was attentive, hospitable and informative about local amenities. One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to a local vineyard, arranged direct with the owner. It is necessary to have the use of a car, because the location is fairly remote. There was a good restaurant in the village, and a couple of lakes 5-10 mins drive away. Accommodation was good; the kitchen of the main house was smaller than anticipated but as we ate outside it wasn't a problem. The upstairs bedrooms were well appointed and quaint. This is a good location for exploring the area, and for getting to Venice.

Very helpful owner: rural Prosecco area
We stayed in a holiday house as a family of 4 and found it a good base for reaching Venice by train but also for driving to the nearer parts of the Dolomites on easy motorways. We also enjoyed swimming in the local lakes. For visitors who do not speak much Italian, it was extremely helpful to have good local advice and information from our host, who lives with his family on the premises. We were also able to borrow a TV to watch the Olympics! We enjoyed sitting for meals in the small courtyard; my daughter liked the 2 family dogs!

GREAT STAY
one of the best accommodation we ever had! Our host was brilliant, lots of useful tips and info. My personal advice - always follow his tips! Excellent choice if you plan to explore the region. Car and Sat Nav are essential though. We enjoyed breathtaking mountain scenery one day and were sunbathing and swimming in the sea next day. Visited Venice and Lake Gerda as well. House is nicely designed and can easily accommodate 4-5 adults. Thanks for everything

Prima rustig vakantie verblijf
Hospitable and friendly owner who was very helpful. The accommodation is well maintained and there is much there to have a pleasant stay. Lovely area for walking and enjoying the local products. The immediately adjacent areas are very worthwhile to visit.
