Moonah Ridge is a large house situated in the peaceful seaside town of St. Andrews Beach, Rye. Located on 2, 3/4 acres, it has amazing 360degree views of the ocean and the surrounding hinterland. This 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom and 5 living area house is perfect for families, special occasions such as hens and bucks nights,small corporate groups, sporting teams such as golfers and any other group requiring a large house with plenty of space.
There is plenty to keep guests occupied - pool table, table tennis table, foxtel, outdoor hottub and home theatre room. The house has an open fire place, reverse cycle airconditioner/ heating and a fully equipped kitchen . There is a large deck around most of the 2 storey house with fantastic views of the ocean and rural landscape. We have even had guests view whales from the comfort of our lounge room. Linen can be provided for an additional charge. please speak to owner regarding rates

Moonah Ridge was amazing! The house was spacious and beautifully set up, with stunning views of the ocean. There are enough beds for large groups and multiple entertainment areas throughout the house. Jane was a great host and always prompt when replying to messages. I can’t wait to come back soon!

Glorious Mornington location
Moonah Ridge was a fantastic option for a weekend group getaway. It's a beautiful location - on the hill with amazing views out to the ocean and inland - 10 minutes walk from the beach. The house is huge with plenty of spaces to hang out. We were there in winter so the fireplace and outdoor spa were both much appreciated! Special mention though to the two outdoor mineral baths - these were amazing to relax in in the late afternoon.

Massive House with Amazing 360 Degree Views
Beautiful location with amazing 360 degree views from the top deck!
Plenty of space for a large group with numerous living living and entertaining areas.
Would definitely recommend!

Amazing home
Thank you for lovely retreat have at Moonah Ridge accommodation!! We truly enjoyed throughout the weekend stayed in such amazing house with stunning view:) apart from that, we had great time using the facilties, ie tabletennis, pool tables, spa and mineral baths. Jane is very quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Spacious, relaxing, excellent location
This lovely home was fitted with ample space to fit our huge family reunion, from Grandma to 4 year old nieces! Thoughtfully provided with all kitchen essentials we needed, a pool and ping pong table, home theatre, mineral springs baths and a short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach meant there was always something for everyone. Rooftop views are stunning. Location is perfect as it was secluded enough to be away from the noise, but only a10 min drive to Rye for supplies. Thank you Jane, we loved the house and will definitely return.

Fabulous house for large gathering
We stayed for a week over Christmas 2019 as a family of 10 adults and 4 children. Moonah Ridge is a wonderful house for families to enjoy without being on top of each other with 3 living areas everyone had plenty of space. The Table Tennis table and the Pool table provided many a competition over the week. The location is amazing with incredible views over the country from one side and the ocean from the other. Another bonus for us was it is dog friendly accommodation which allowed us to enjoy family time with them as well. The beach is beautiful, unsuitable for the young children, and as it is a national park - no dogs but with that aside, if you surf it will be amazing. So much to do in the area - wineries, other swim beaches, a brewery, Arthur's Seat, The Enchanted Adventure Garden and so much more. Close to Rye, Sorrento and Rosebud - but St Andrews is a quiet little seaside village, so if peace and quiet is your desire you don't need to move. The house was lovely, the hot tub and 2 x artesian bathes were amazing. Totally recommend Moonah Ridge, we would book again! Thanks Jane & Mark for allowing us to stay

Perfect location for weekend
The house is perfectly located close to the Peninsula's golf courses. We were down there for a golf weekend and the house comfortably slept our group of 8 with the Dunes and St Andrews Beach golf clubs within 5 minutes drive. The house has incredible views and great facilities. From the deck with BBQ's allowing you to watch the sunset, to the pool table and table tennis table. And the heated spa was a wonderful bonus after a long day of golf.

Fantastic
Fantastic accommodation for a family get together. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped to cater for a crowd and the views from nearly every room was spectacular. The outdoor baths were well used as was the spa on the particularly cold and wintry weekend weekend that we were there. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

A really terrific stay
Thank you for a really terrrific stay, the house was way more than we had anticipated - so much space to cater for us all and the views from the rooftop were to die for. The hidden mineral baths were a special added touch and a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day.
