Set within 'one of the most sought after, quiet settings' at the 'Beautiful Tattershall Lakes' on a large private lakeside plot (waterski lake) on a no-through road, so minimum passing traffic!
Accomodation comprises: Ground Floor: large hallway with 3 double bedrooms off, 2 with king sized beds & 1 with two sets of bunk beds. Both of the king sized bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto the covered veranda area, with outdoor seating/bbq area (hot tub is now situated on the patio). The main bedroom has a fitted triple mirror wardrobe & an en-suite shower room. Also leading off the hallway (table football game, now on the covered decking area) is a large family bathoom with bath/shower over. Also, a large storage/utility room with fridge/freezer. The open tread stairs lead up to the AMAZING vast open-plan first floor area - to the left is the spacious, well equipped kitchen/dining area with fitted units, integral dishwasher, fridge and extra beer fridge with small freezer compartment. Island unit with oven & hob & breakfast bar area too. There is a large table with 8 comfy dining chairs, plus breakfast bar with two stools and a large 4 seat sofa. Glass doors open to a Juliette balcony.
To the right there is a large lounge area with a huge 4 seat sofa & a matching large 3 seat sofa bed. This area also has a LOG burner (which must be requested & used with care) plus a 50” smart TV, DVD player and Wii console & games. Glass doors open out onto the covered balcony, overlooking the lake and showcasing some amazing sunset views.
An iron/ironing board, hair dryer/straighteners are provided. Also included in the rental price: full gas radiator heating, electricity, bedding and unlimited WiFi.
Slippers are advisable, as no heals are permitted on the wooden floors. Don’t forget your woolly hat for the colder weather whilst relaxing in the hot tub!! And wellies too, when it’s a bit wet underfoot if you’re planning a stroll around the Park etc.
The LOG burner & bbq are available on request - sticks, logs, charcoal & firelighters etc. are available to buy locally. Please ask for further info...
NB: The RAF Coningsby Air Base is close by - this can sometimes be rather noisy! (Occasional night flying too). It really does vary - but is also amazing to see/hear the variety of aircraft flying overhead, in and out of the base: Lancaster, Vulcan, Hurricane, Spitfires etc...
Away Resorts offer limited entertainment/facilities during the quiet season between Nov/Jan to Easter, please check details with Guest Services, before booking!
No smoking permitted inside the cabin - covered verandah/balcony areas to be used. Dogs - enquiries welcome from owners of well behaved, house trained dogs (a minimum charge of £25 per dog is applicable).
The main bedroom with en-suite may not be available to guests of between 4 & 6 or less - please check before booking!
NB: fake tan is not permitted in the hot tub. Plastic glasses and beakers are provided for outside use.
FISHING is available at Tattershall Lakes, together with a vast array of watersports - inflatable assault course & wakeboarding etc with JUST WAKE. Jet skiing etc is available via 158 PERFORMANCE at the JET SKI CENTRE. There is a Gym, Swimming Pool with Steam & Sauna rooms, Spa treatments etc. Also available - Archery, Adventure Golf, Cycle Hire, Children's Entertainer/Family Entertainment including Bingo, Disco's, Live Entertainment, Outdoor Shows/ Cinema Screen (YOU will need to check with Guest Services as to what entertain- ment etc is available & any extra costs - Osprey Lodge cannot be held responsible for any cancelation/ interruption to facilities). NB: Owners now have to purchase Guest Passes on your behalf - ask for details.
Osprey Lodge is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a luxury break away - relax in style! Our log cabin is conveniently situated, not only close to all of the Park activities but also the surrounding villages close by - Aviation Memorabillia & a little further is the East Coast & of course the City of Lincoln etc. not forgetting Tattershall Castle right on the door step!

Minimum of £150 non-refundable deposit taken to secure all bookings.
A £50 refundable deposit is required for use of the hot tub, to ensure this is left clean and free from debris afterwards i.e. no food/smoking, excessive sand and grass, where it is clear the foot bath has not been used and a chemical flush is not required due to abuse of the rules.

Interaction with guests: I am available 24/7 for any queries/issues - just text/call/email etc. I like to make sure I can meet/greet all guest, so please try and stick to our agreed time as close as possible and let me know of any delays asap…
I would rather you arrive early and come direct to Osprey Lodge, I can then give you a quick tour and explain the hot tub etc then you can go off to explore/drink/eat - I can then call you when I have finished and leave the key in the keysafe to come back at your leisure :)
During busy times the hot tub may not be up to temp as this has to be changed for each booking - so plan for an early evening dip just in case :)
This Lodge is just superb! From start to finish, booking and contact has been faultless. The lodge is fully equipped with all you could ever need and the location is perfect to do just as much or as little as you like! We arrived on an extra wet weekend to a very warm welcome and a beautifully decorated Halloween lodge. I cannot recommend this lodge enough and the owner is very helpful and friendly. Comfortably sleeps ten, perfect for families and groups alike.

Family get together for a 60th birthday.
Fantastic lodge with ample room for 10. Superb views and an incredible host. Without being asked the owner plastered the lodge with 60th birthday banners.
Will definitely go back in the future.
Make sure to book any activities well in advance of your trip as the spaces fill up fast.

Fabulous stay
When we opened the door we were in awe, in honesty the photos don’t do this lodge justice, there’s so much space. We had a great comfortable stay. The amenities mean it’s home from home, absolutely every kitchen appliance you could think of. The location is great, close to the entertainment and overlooking a beautiful lake. Lovely decor which gives the lodge a traditional feel- Loved it so much we have booked to return at Christmas. Can’t wait to return.

Family holiday
We have just returned from an amazing few days at osprey lodge….. our family age ranged from 5 months old to 85 years old :) osprey lodge was just perfect for all of us very spacious and clean and ideal location only a short walk to all facilities. Lesley was a fantastic host and very quick to respond to all my questions I had even when we couldn’t figure out the travel cot…. Turns out it just need the women of the family to put it up not the men :) so thanks again Lesley we are already planning our next visit

Osprey lodge
A group of us stayed over the weekend for a hen party, everyone fell in love with the lodge, it had everything you would need - a fully equipped kitchen , enough seats on the balcony for everyone to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake - the baby geece and ducks swimming by were a bonus ! The hot tub was lovely and warm - easy to use , it was like a home from home , little lovely touches like the decor gave it a lovely feel. The owner was lovely, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions during and prior to our stay , everything was easy. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect girly weekend.
We have stayed in this lodge 5 times now. It's a home from home, comfortable, great views/location and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Already booked for next year. :-)

Amazing welcoming, lodge.
We stayed at Osprey lodge as a family to celebrate our sons 30th birthday. The lodge had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect overlooking the lake, very private. We went for a nice walk and the surroundings were beautiful. We had such a lovely relaxing break making memories, so thank you Leslee, we would definitely recommend it and will hopefully be booking again soon.

Fantastic
We have booked the cabin for a farewell weekend and it has been fantastic !!
The cabin was clean, spacious and beautiful. There are games, grazing boards, in and outdoor crockery woth most things you would find at home.
We all had a lovely time and will be back again

Love Osprey Lodge
Leslee kindly greeted us at Osprey Lodge and showed us around. Wow - what a wonderful weekend we had. Thought had gone into every detail from the amazing facilities it offered to the decor. It was so clean, comfortable, homely and relaxing looking out across the lake and watching the wildlife. The hot tub also overlooks the lake and was wonderful to sit in in the evening and stargaze. We didn’t feel the need to explore the site as the Lodge had everything we needed for the weekend. We have had a wonderful weekend offering us some well needed downtime. We will definitely stay here again. Sarah, Izzy and Emily.

Absolutely Perfect
Celebrated my 40th birthday here. Everything was perfect and the space was great for us all to be together. The lodge is spacious, clean, has everything you could ever need and there is ample parking. The view over the lake from the upstairs balcony is stunning. Leslee was excellent with communication and only a tex away if we needed anything. She even put up 40th birthday banners. Thank you so much!

Osprey Lodge is located in a quieter area of the park - we are the first cabin in a row of six. The roadway is called Merlin Point. This is an idyllic, very sought after, quiet area of the Park which overlooking the Waterski Lake and beautiful night time views of the Club House’s light displays. The log cabins are a mixture of owner occupied and rental cabins. Whilst we understand you are booking your holiday and are free to enjoy yourselves responsibly, please show some consideration to our neighbours with regard to late music and outdoor activities, thank you! The Park security team will pay a visit to any loud, late night revellers! We are a 10 minute walk round to all the activities in the centre of the Park i.e. Club House, Cafe, Spa and Pool facilities etc. so you can have the best of both worlds at Osprey Lodge.
Once you enter the Park, you will come through the security barrier. You then come to a mini roundabout - turn right and follow the winding road to the junction and turn left. Follow the road through the static caravans and then take the 2nd left turn which takes you behind the Club House. Keep following the road and then turn right at the next roundabout which is by the Jet Ski Centre. Follow the road through the caravans, then the log cabins, heading to Misty Bay. Follow the road past Osprey Rise, then onto the new roadway with new bases either side - Osprey Lodge is then the first log cabin you come too... Welcome and enjoy your stay...
