As our guests, you will enjoy relaxing in 8 individually decorated bedrooms that can sleep up to 16 people total.
Each bedroom comes with remote-controlled air-conditioning, hotel-grade mattresses, linens-so-soft-that-you-don’t-want-to-get-out-of-bed-soft. Different bed configurations allow us to accommodate group of various sizes and needs with ease.
Six of our bedrooms boast en-suite baths. The Papaya suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and is ideal for 3 to 5 guests.

If I could give Mais Oui 10 stars I would. It was the most relaxing vacation ever. There is not one thing that I could complain about. From the wonderful meals to the staff to the villa and also to Sherrie and Darrell's assistance all the time. Chef was great with suggestions on what to have to eat. We went Caribbean and it was amazing. The staff were always there to see if you needed anything. We were made so comfortable from the minute we arrived and bonded with all the staff. Special shout outs to Chef, Brandon and of course to Mr. Johnson the butler who makes the entire experience perfect. We didn't want to leave. The villa has everything that you can think of and yes the photo's prove it. I could rave about Mais Oui forever. Thank you for the most wonderful vacation anyone could ever ask for. We will be back!

Milestone Birthday Celebration
Mais Oui is an exceptional place to stay. From the moment we arrived for our week long stay ( May 20-27), the entire staff made us feel at home. Lead by Mr. Johnson and Mr. Brandon our butlers and the entire staff takes care of you.
There is something for everyone here, from the pool, tennis courts, mini golf, hot tub, treehouse (air conditioned), spa cabanas, movies on the roof, pool and ping pong tables, and so much more.
Each bedroom has a different theme and the beds are so confortable.
Chef Davia prepared meals that were tasty and delicious. Even accommodating guests with food allergies and vegan options. They can’t do enough for you.
Unlike a resort, you get to participate in your food menu, Mr(s) Johnson and Brandon served as our bartenders as well with new creations we all enjoyed.
This was our first time to Mais Oui and definitely will not be our last. Hosts Darrell and Sherry were amazing assisting us with planning this bday celebration from the cake to the fire dancer..we love this place!!
If you haven’t looked into Mais Oui, you should and you’ll be glad you did. We can’t wait to get back. Thank you Sherry and Darrell as well as Mr. Johnson, Mr. Brandon, Chef Davia, Ms. Nneka, Ms. Michelle, and Mr. Brent for making our week unforgettable!!!❤️

Oh my gosh!!! Can you say the most extraordinary service ever (considering this was my first time vacationing in Jamaica) it can’t get any better than this!! The staff was superb, gracious, polite, and we (all 15 of us) did not want for anything at all during our 7 day trip. Our driver for the entire trip, Mr. Senior was the best driver, tour guide, and gracious the entire trip. Will definitely refer my family and friends to all of our accommodations!!!

A Must See
This place was AMAZING! The entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Dillon, Chef Perry, Mack, Prento, Patricia and I'm sure a host of others behind the scenes, exceeded our expectations. The home has beautiful views and more than enough living space for large groups. We'll be back!

is six stars an option?
Mais Oui was absolutely incredible. Immaculate gardens, safe, secure, private property, amazing made-to-order food, friendly, considerate, in-house staff, very clean, large private pool. The staff took great care to make sure that we felt welcomed, safe, entertained, and comfortable, even accompanying us on off-site excursions. The complimentary beach club just up the road was a lot of fun and also safe, secure, and entertaining. We hope to be back soon. Family friendly (we brought a baby).

Amazing, spacious villa - a wonderful vacation option for a large group
Our family of 15 booked the villa to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary; it was a phenomenal experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable and the staff is awesome, attentive to every need. The dinners prepared by the chefs were delicious and served on elegant table settings in multiple outdoor locations on the grounds.
We have 8 grandchildren, including 6 teenagers and they were never bored. During our stay, we visited the Dolphin cove, the Blue Hole (recommended by our driver), Dunn's River Falls, the Puerto Seco Beach and the Bioluminesence and enjoyed all of them. We highly recommend this vacation!!!!

Perfect extended- family vacation!
This is the PERFECT spot if you want to vacation with your extended family! The staff at this villa are so personable and helpful! The chefs prepared meals that appealed to everyone in our group of 14! The villa was beautiful and spacious - so much to do and so big that everyone can spread out! Darrell the owner is so patient and responsive to all questions that you may have.
We came to celebrate our parent's 50th wedding anniversary and our week at Mais Oui was magical!

Exceptional anti-resort experience made for the Stars!
We had an excellent stay at Mais Oui which accommodated 16 of our out-of-town guests for wedding arrangements. The villa was a perfect location and local experience for my wedding party which flew in from all over the United States to stay in the Northern Coast of Jamaica. The owner, Darrell, followed-up on a number of occasions to arrange roundtrip airport transfer for my guests along with meal plan arrangements for the villa chef.
The butler and host Dillion was such a balanced and talented individual. We were impressed with his attentiveness, positive attitude and willingness to assist with guest inquiries. His engagement with our entire party was extraordinary and memorable. Carlton provided onsite assistance with our needs including meal preparation and on the ground maintenance. He had a very pleasant disposition and was very helpful. Audrey was a fabulous housekeeper and could make any room look the very way you found it when you first arrived. The rooms were always beautifully dressed with flowers and fun towel craft creations were a nice surprise. We also very much so appreciated Pet's happy-go-lucky disposition and attention to details with on-site laundry services; she was an absolute gem and works behind the scenes. Sam was also a very pleasant team member --always smiling and always willing to help when we needed assistance. The villa chef Patrick is absolutely wonderful and made our authentic dining experiences such an anticipated part of our stay. Our guests absolutely loved his cuisine! We opted to create our menu, with authentic Jamaican dishes and provided the ingredients from a local market for Patrick to work with. He did not disappoint, simply exceptional.
I highly recommend the location if you want a break away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centers. Mais Oui architecture (interior and exterior) is beautiful. The villa is in a beautiful location just a walk away from Bengal Beach where you can enjoy water sports, in the opposite direction is the newly renovated Puerto Seco Beach in Discovery Bay. Beautifully designed home with ample space for large parties, and transportation provided on an as needed basis. The 2nd level veranda was utilized as a vista point and venue for my wedding ceremony with a beautiful view of the ocean and horizon. Calm neighborhood with several private residences and villas in the area. Safety was never an issue.
We felt right at home and the uniqueness of the villa will provide memories for years to come. Highly recommend Mais Oui for large groups seeking a luxe alternative to resorts.

amazing retreat!
Just 50 min from Montego Bay airport, this spectacular retreat was ours for 4 days. We were welcomed with rum punch and fresh ice cold face towels. We opted to get three home cooked meals daily, and it was a scrumptious treat every time we sat down to eat. The out door movie theater with home made popcorn was amazing. The cozy beach cove was a mere 3 minutes walk, and the staff were always ready to bring the kayak down for us. We played tennis and table tennis and relaxed at the central and large pool. Three of us had foot reflexology and a deep tissue massage at the spa, and that too was great. The top roof was perfect for sunset watching. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the layout of the house is perfect for both privacy and community. We couldn't have asked for a better time, and we were a seasoned, well travelled group of women ages 22 to 63. 2 thumbs up!

Wow. Amazing.
We just got back from the best multi family vacation we ever had. 3 families. 7 adults 9 kids. Everyone is own beds throughout 8 bedrooms. Big clean a/c rooms all with own baths and balconies. House was amazing. Pool jacuzzi spa gym pool table ping pong table foos ball table giant chess board frisbee golf video games roof top movie theatre kayaks pool and beach toys and tennis court. Endless activities. Food was incredible. Lobster king crab shrimp conch fish filet mignon jerk chicken. India tai Chinese Mediterranean and especially Jamaican. I fed my family of six for 150.00us a day. Unheard of anywhere. Best value ever. We usually do 5 star all inclusives but food always a let down. Not at Mais oui. The staff was incredible. They work very professional and very hard. Best chef oret and best bartender and server Kevin and concierge driver dave. Thank you all for all you did. Wish I could list some negatives but it was exactly as advertised. Darrel thanks for everything. You made it the easiet vacation we've ever had. Great value for 14 days. Can't wait to come back.

The Discovery Bay - Rio Bueno area has much less commercialism than the nearby bustling resort towns of Ocho Rios and Montego Bay, providing the privacy and seclusion that our guests expect.
No worries about being neck to neck with other tourists or of street vendors peddling their wares.
Plus, our location allows our guests easy access to both larger towns. This makes day trips to even Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Negril, Port Antonio, Kingston, or the South Coast a breeze!
Getting around
The best way to see Jamaica is with hiring a local van and driver service. These are people who know the island well and have many years experience driving around guests. Use their knowledge of the local activities as well as guest experiences to help plan what you'd like to see and do!
