-As we care about the environment at Pebos Reef, please only turn on the Air Conditioner when you are inside the apartment.
-The house is situated in front of a living coral reef. Once a piece of coral breaks off it dies, and it may be years before the coral reestablishes itself and even longer before the broken piece is replaced. Please don't break of or take any pieces of the corals.
-As the house is divided into apartments, it may be other people on the property.
