Es una habitación privada con su baño y balcón un departamento privado sin cocina se debe ingresar por la casa lo que da mucha seguridad a los huéspedes, una vez en el departamento es totalmente independiente de la casa, el silencio es una garantía para el buen descanso en el centro propio de la ciudad, es una casa amigable con el medioambiente equipada con paneles solares termotanque solar, donde se respeta al máximo la naturaleza, todos los artefactos son de primeras marcas, colchón, cama, sanitarios, tanto la habitación como el baño cuentan con muy buena ventilacion e iluminacion.
