Oh Boy Villa is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath private villa tucked away in Silver Sands, a private gated villa community built along one of Jamaica's most pristine white sand beaches. While only 45 minutes away from Montego Bay Airport, Oh Boy could not feel further away from the all-inclusive resorts and tourist traps. Interaction with guests: 
We have a staff of two onsite at the villa work from 9-5. They will handle 90% of all issues that may come up. We also have an onsite house manager, Deborah Bonner, who will handle the balance. If there is a real problem, or question that the staff cannot answer, guests can email me.. I am more than happy to suggest things to do and offer helpful tips to visitors before they head down to OH BOY or during their stay.

Excellent family friendly villa in the perfect location

After some debate, my family decided to spend Thanksgiving at a warm location this year. Luckily we found Oh Boy through a co-worker and I can’t say how perfect our stay was! The 4-bedroom house was able to comfortably fit three families. The ‘older’ kids...More

About the neighborhood
Our home is located within the gated community of Silver Sands Estates. Silver Sands is comprised of about 75 villas, a clubhouse, tennis court, beach bar and grill, and one of the best beaches in all of the Caribbean. Many people, especially those looking for a low-key, 'de-stressing' vacation will never leave the property. However there are many attractions nearby if you want to go 'off campus' including horseback riding, golf, rafting/tubing, cave hunting, rum factory tours, river fall climbing, deep sea fishing, restaurants/nightlife and much, much more... most within half an hour of our house.
Getting around
There is no need to rent a car although many visitors like to do so. All of the major car rental companies are located at or close by the airport. Be sure to drive on the left! We have a driver, Billy Cain, who we can arrange to meet you and to take you on any sightseeing trips you might want to do. Cost is about $60 per trip to and from the airport. Amounts for sightseeing will vary depending upon distance and number of visitors. I would recommend Billy as this takes the driving stress off. If you are staying for an extended period of time then perhaps a rental car would make sense.
