Due to our open landscape property, we have CCTV for the outdoor part of the house. There is NO INDOOR CCTV in our villa to protect your privacy. Please inquire to us further on this matter should you need further info.
Rumah Senja is located in hills above Temukus, Lovina, Bali, about 10 minutes drive from the beach and the town center. The villa is part of the Sing-Sing Villa complex, about 100 m above sea level. It is built on a rear plot of the resort with a view from the terrace over the green valley and the Bali Sea. This location makes this place so special and gives you the feeling of freedom with amazing sunset every night.
For guests' convenience while maintaining guests' privacy, our staff will be in the Villa during the day for guests inquiries, housekeeping as well as cooking should the guests wish so, 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.
The staff and we are contactable anytime, there is also security who patrols in the complex at night, who will help during emergencies. The staff's off day in the week can be negotiated to ensure guests' arrival and departures are smooth.
The entire property is a non-smoking zone, except at the gazebo / bale bengong. All cigarettes shall be extinguished and disposed into CeaseFire container near to the gazebo prior leaving the gazebo.
Please inform our staff if you have additional guests to your group who stays at any night in the villa. Upon informing our staff and providing us with copy of ID, we will then register the person as additional guests. By local law, guests shall not bring unregistered persons to the villa without informing our staff. The local authority may prosecute such unregistered person(s). No gathering / parties allowed.

They are available 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, but are always contactable via cellphone and text messages.

Amazing private villa on the hillside at Temukus. Exceptional Property Manager Henny & husband Ketat saw to our every need & beyond. The pool & view of the mountains was stunning & awesome sunsets. A spectacular family friendly villa with great service & amazing food. A must see to enjoy opportunity, we'd do it again & again!

Hidden Gem
We stayed in this hidden gem of a villa in the north of Bali, away from the hustle & bustle of Bali nightlife. This idyllic villa is perfect for a relaxing stay. Well-kept with personalised service, thanks to the managers, Henny & Ketut. Albeit a short visit, we enjoyed ourselves immensely, waking up to an awesome view of the Indian Ocean beyond and the smell of freshly made Bali coffee.

Rumah Senja with a view
Love the place so much and had a few of my friends asking about the place when I sent some pictures to them already. Will definitely return in near future with my family. Service was great, very efficient with Henny & ketut around and the meals were great. Wish our holiday was longer, didn't get to enjoy enough of the Villa with the great view. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Loved it!!
We have loved our stay so much. The villa is clean, the service is perfect, the pool is amazing and the view is wonderful. The hosts are very helpful and so kind. The location of the villa is amazing. There is so much to do. You can spit dolfines and plankton, snorkel, visit waterfalls and eat and drink at the most cozy restaurants. We would definitely recommend this villa.

A great villa with great view.. Teh villa is quite, clean and so homey.. The kitchen equipments are complete, so you can make anything there.. Anything.. 🤭 And mba Henny can also help you to cook.. So don't worry with your tummy 🤗🤭😀
Mba henny and pak Ketut were so helpful when we stayed there.. The owner was also so nice and we always got fast response from her everytime we needed help..

Relaxing and comfortable
The villa is very comfortable and is located in a beautiful area with a stunning view. We stayed for two weeks and our main focus was to have a relaxing time and Rumah senja was the perfect place for that. The pool area and garden is really nice and the house is well equipped. Henny and Ketut takes care of the house very well. Henny is an excellent cook and we loved everything she made for us. We can really recommend this villa for anyone who wants to experience the beauty of north Bali.

Best place I have stayed in Bali
It was an amazing time we had here. The place is immaculate. The food was so yummy and affordable. Henny and her husband took care of us as caring for their family. The swimming pool has an amazing view to the sea, the villa is well equipped to stay there for a long time. It can be a little tricky to find the place but the host meet us in town and guided us to the place.

Wonderful family holidays
I stayed at Rumah Senja with my family for about a week and were delighted!!!
True to its name and we had a wonderful view of the adjacent forest and seaview too. The pool was amazing... Child friendly yet had the adults in mind too. We sat in the pool with our drinks while the sun set while kids played in the pool.
Plenty of pool chairs and bean bags to lounge in and the cabana was great for the in-house massage we arranged!
Very spacious, clean and well designed.
They had everything we needed.
The housekeeper is a very good cook and we even had a night of BBQ by the pool.
It was a breeze as the housekeeper arranged to buy food for us to BBQ for a fee.
Would highly recommend this place for couples stay or family vacation.

Stayed for a week and it was wonderful. Great for relaxed 😌 and what a beautiful view!
My husband had an ‘ quite’ entrance on the arrival in the villa with scooter, but gladly all good in the end. The place, Henny and Ketut, the staffs spoiled us. Got to try Henny’s grilled Tuna, it’s heaven! As well all the meals she cooked for us. We never went out to go eat. We had the chef Henny to take care our needs. Thank you Ning! Thanks a bunch Henny and Ketut, will definitely be back! 💖

Peaceful, home away from home. Waking up to nice breezy morning with birds chirping, enjoying breakfast and dinner at the terrace while overlooking the panoramic ocean view or sunset. Safe neighbourhood, with Henny and Ketut as excellent staff who goes extra miles to provide their best service with smiles :)

About 3 hours drive from Denpasar Airport
About 10 minutes drive from Lovina beach
About 30 minutes walk to Krisna Funtastic Land and Krisna Oleh-Oleh.
Getting around
On call, there are cars with a driver available. In consultation with the drivers, you can visit various sights on all of Bali.
Of course you can rent a car, bike or scooter yourself. Please ensure that you have your licence with you during your trip.
If you don't have licence for motorbike, Henny and Ketut can also take you on their motorbike rides or you can ask them to buy groceries for you for additional fees of approximately USD 3 per errand.
