Villa Buka Kecil is located right on the beach, close to Lovina, the tourist town on the North coast of Bali. The villa has a beautiful and very large tropical garden of 2500 m² that borders directly on the beach. In the garden there are several coconut trees, mango trees, banana trees and a variety of colourful plants and flowers. There are various seating areas in the garden to enjoy all the beauty the nature of Bali can offer. The size of the garden guarantees that you will have full privacy. The bale benong is an authentic Balinese rice house that invites you to relax during every hour of the day. This is also the perfect place to read a book while you hear in the background the rippling waves.
The villa has an infinity pool of 40 m² surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and a seating area. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the tropical garden and the sea.
Villa Buka Kecil is decorated in Balinese-style and has 3 beautiful bedrooms, all with a king size bed with mosquito nets, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasins. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and the third bedroom is on the first floor. The bathrooms on the ground floor are made in Balinese style; the ceiling is partially open with a so-called 'open-air shower'.
The villa also has a detached, romantic guesthouse. In the guesthouse you find the fourth bedroom that also has a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasins. We can place a baby cot or extra bed in one of the bedrooms if required.
The villa is tastefully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining and seating area and a stylish mezzanine. From the upper floor you have a fantastic view of the large garden with adjacent the beach and the Bali Sea.
In the villa you will find all amenities to make your stay comfortable such as free WiFi Internet, a TV with satellite connection, a DVD, a CD, a washing machine and a safe deposit box to store your personal belongings.
The villa has its own staff (housekeeping, gardener and a security guard) at your service 6 days a week. The staff understands how to be unobtrusively present to give you full privacy. The 2 ladies in the villa take care of the cleaning, the laundry and they can go to the local market and to the supermarket to buy your groceries. Also they can prepare delicious meals for you. In the villa you find a list with menu suggestions, but you can ask them to make all kind of Asian or Western dishes, they are very good cooks!
The preparing of the meals is included in the rental rate, only the groceries are at your own expenses. The gardener maintains the swimming pool, the garden and the beach in front of your villa. Both day and night there is a security guard on duty. There is also a driver with car available every day. For a small fee the driver takes you on a sightseeing tour, he knows the nicest places to visit on Bali!
Villa Buka Kecil is located on the small-scale and beautifully landscaped villa park Batu-Batu. You can use the facilities at the villa park including a Spa for massages and a large wooden boat with bar lying on the beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea with a cool drink. There are also sup boards to use on the sea and there is a trampoline for children. All villas (5 in total) have a private garden and pool and its own staff, so all the guests have full privacy.
Details: the open character of the villa gives you the special atmosphere of the Balinese outdoor living. The villa is beautifully situated between tropical trees and plants. The large garden with swimming pool and the location of the villa guarantees optimal privacy. The garden is beautifully landscaped and there are several seating areas to enjoy the view!

We had a very nice vacation in Buka Kecil. The villa was excellent; so was the staff. We saw a lot of beautiful places. Menjangan Island is top. Ubud was also very nice.

• For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the supermarket or to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee (20.000 Rph) for the transportation costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still very low in this northern part of Bali.
• We are pleased to arrange the transport from the airport in Denpasar (or another place if you arrived already earlier on Bali) to the villa. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The cost of this transfer is 600.000 Rph (max. 5 persons plus luggage) or 700.000 Rph (max. 7 persons plus luggage). The costs for the transport are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid to the driver after arrival at the villa.
A down payment of 40% of the total rental amount is required within 14 days of confirmation. The remaining amount (60%) plus the deposit of € 150 has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount plus the deposit needs to be paid immediately after confirmation of the booking. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure. Payment can be done via wired bank transfer or via Paypal (extra fee when paying via Paypal is 5% due to the fee Paypal is charging).
Unless a specific arrangement has been made, check-in is after 14.00h, check-out is at 12.00h.
In the villa you will find an information guide with all important phone numbers (such as the help desk, the doctor, the drivers), practical information about the villa, suggestions for the menu, information of the surrounding area, suggestions for day tours, addresses of fine restaurants, shops etc.

You will be surprised by this authentic part of Bali, more and more people are discovering the still pristine, unspoiled and authentic north coast. The north of Bali is still authentic and you can experience the real Bali sphere here because the north has not yet the mass tourism like in South Bali.
