The three rooms are off a first floor balcony overlooking the garden. Cooker, fridge, dishwasher in the room. Good restaurant and small supermarket 10 minutes walk away. I emailed that I was coming by train and then on foot (10 mins) from the station, but Heinz the owner was there unexpectedly waiting for me with his LandRover when the train pulled in. He could not have been more helpful. I had a delightful walk to the Redlinger Hutte in the forest, about 1.5 hours away: a traditional forest hut where one can eat and also drink the local wine. Unfortunately a work crisis meant that I had to leave early, but I would recommend this accommodation very strongly.
