Interaction with guests:Â I will not always be available for personal interaction with guests. However, my assistants Beverly and Janet are very competent and will deal with any issues or questions that may arise.
Most of my past guests share with me the ease with which they can communicate with them and how quickly they resolve issues.
I'm pretty sure you too will find them very approachable, corporative, and easy to communicate with.
Villa Clara was a home away from home my host was extremely warm and friendly they had everything well prepared for me I will be more than happy to recommend villa clara for your vacation stay.

The place to go if you want a combination of convenience, privacy & security
I give 5 star reviews rather sparingly and I'm usually quite hard to impress. This experience and place could be nothing short of 5 stars!
The booking process:
After I booked, I was sent all the necessary details regarding my stay , from the wifi info to the address and other pertinent information such as the directions and security etc. The information was detailed and easy to understand. Everything said in the initial response was exact to the "T".
The Check-in Process:
Mr. Lindberg's assistant, Ms. Beverly was personable, pleasant and very accommodating. She was the one that coordinated with me to ensure I had the keys and gave me a tour of the lovely home. She explained how things like garbage disposal worked and any expectations.
Impressions of the home:
The place was very clean and inviting and the pictures are very accurate. There are two bedrooms equipped with remote controlled Air condition which worked quite well and very cool! I slept mostly in the second room because I am a big guy and the bed in the second room seemed bigger. I had everything I needed; fridge, stove, Washer, Dryer, utensils towels etc. There was even a welcome basket with fruits and a bottle of wine. My favorite part of the stay was the level of privacy and the beautiful neighborhood. I didn't have a chance to meet any of the neighbors but most of them had their doors open while their kids played outside. This was how wonderful and safe the community was. Location was perfect! It was roughly across Sovereign Village that housed several restaurants and a movie theater. There was one issue where I was cooking and the gas ran out and Ms. Beverly was there within the hour to take care of it and got me right back on track.
Security:
This was also one of my favorite things about this stay. You have some level of control over who can visit you and I've had the pleasure of interacting with both Phillips and Jackson; they were amazing! The security team is not there to exercise power but rather, act as a support system for your visitors and yourself while ensuring the safety of the community. They were also kind enough to suggest an app I can use for food delivery. Much respect goes out Phillips and Jackson for their help.
The Checkout Process:
I was originally scheduled to leave on Saturday but notified Mr. Lindberg that I wanted to extend my reservation until Sunday instead. He was kind enough to accommodate my request and relayed that to Ms Beverly as well. When checking out, I told Ms Beverly that I would leave around 11AM and she arrived at 10:30AM and waited with me while my dad came to pick me up.
Overall, this experience was just what I needed. I am somewhat popular and have a lot of teammates, friends etc that I did't feel like telling I was there. I was able to remain anonymous/private for the most part and had lots of privacy. I would definitely recommend Mr. Lindberg's place, hands down!

Comfortable and relaxing
Great location feel safe like I’m at home cleaned well organized security complex I could leave doors opened and don’t of to worry host always ready to answer any concerns and solve the problem asap such a great gentleman. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a getaway.

I had a wonderfil experience, the place was clean there were fruits waiting on me and the check in was easy. The host is very hospitable and I do no hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. It's a gated community with and I honestly felt right at home.

Getting around
Getting around depends on your preferred choice of travel. I recommend renting a car of your own, because of the obvious several advantages of being self-mobile. There are numerous companies on the island who rent cars. several operate offices from the Norman Manley International airport. There is also an efficient public transportation system that operates between Portmore and Kingston. Kingston serves as a Hub from where you can get public transportation to any part of the island.
Several taxi companies operate within the city and can be easily accessed.
There are also the robot taxis (for the brave of heart) that provide a parallel service to the public transportation system.
