Next to the house, we find the ANNEX of 90 m2, with garden, terrace and 2 independent entrances, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning and one shared bathroom, with shower and bidet.
The PRIVATE POOL is 4 x 8 m, with pleasant areas to eat outside, while enjoying the incredible sea views. Next to the pool, there is a barbecue and a large circular table protected by a large awning. We have 6 sun loungers and two reclining chairs for sunbathing by the pool.
The PADDLE-TENNIS, for the exclusive use of our guests, is in the adjacent land of the same property.
The PRIVATE GARDEN is of Mediterranean design, with pines, shrubs, crass plants and with automatic irrigation, to minimize water consumption, due to its severe shortage.
The PRIVATE PARKING has capacity for 6 cars, automatic door and covered by a pergola, as protection against sun and rain.
CABRILS is listed as one of the main GASTRONOMIC VILLAS, with several restaurants in the MICHELÍN GUIDE.
Located in the “BAIX MARESME', it has a MICROCLIMATE due to the incidence of the MEDITERRANEAN SEA and the NATURAL PARK of the SERRALADA DEL LITORAL: sun and light, in its mild winters and not too rigorous summers.
With landscapes of spectacular colours, the intense blue of its coast and sky, combined with the bright green of its mountains, which hide dolmens, archaeological remains from the Iberian-Roman era, hermitages and medieval castles, which today coexist with farmhouses surrounded by farmland.

It is the third municipality with the highest per capita income in Catalonia and the eighth in Spain.
CABRILS is characterized by its residential URBANIZATIONS, close to beaches, recreational harbours, sports centres and all kinds of recreational activities.
Getting around
WE RECOMMEND YOU having your vehicle to move around as we consider it necessary and will make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
The best option is that you consider renting a car and we will advise you how to combine the use of PRIVATE and PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
There is a local taxi driver in Cabrils and regular BUS services that connect us with the train line, with the surroundings and Barcelona.

The closest TRAIN STATION is VILASSAR DE MAR. The route to Plaza Cataluña lasts between 30 and 40 minutes.

The Tourist Seasonal Property Lease Agreement will be accepted when booking and will be signed before the delivery of the keys.
- All persons on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document.
- Minors are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians, and must always be supervised by an adult.
- The garbage must be classified and deposited daily outside the property, in the DIFFERENT PUBLIC CONTAINERS on the streets.
- Guests undertake to make a responsible and rational consumption of our scarce natural resources.
This house was restored for greater ACTIVE AND PASSIVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY, thus protecting our natural environment.
Not allowed:
- Student groups.
- Pets.
- Host or invite more people, different from those registered when booking.
- Noisy activities (music, screaming ...), starting at 9:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m.
- Alter the right to rest of the neighbours, with incivility behaviours, events, parties and/or bachelor parties.
- Use glass in the pool area.
- Use bath towels, for the beach or the pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense.
- Smoking inside the house; if you wish, you can smoke outside.
- Waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
