Great place. Clean and tidy with comfy beds. It is so close to the beach, shops and bar makes it an ideal location. There is a small area around the back to store boards and hang wetsuits. I will definitely stay again.

Very comfy and cosy. Lovely place to stay with swimming, surfing and lots of walks nearby. I'd love to go again.

Great property, great location
We had a lovely stay at Tides Reach (2 adults & a 3 year old). It was clean and comfortable and it's so close to the beach! I'm sure we will return.

Tides Reach
Our second stay in this lovely cottage, which comfortably sleeps four people. The beds and pillows are really comfortable and the cottage is very well equipped and only a short stroll from the beach! Will definitely return!

Lovely place for a festive getaway!
We really enjoyed our visit to tides reach over the Christmas holidays. The cottage is ideally located for the beach and lots of fab coastal walks. It's well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Dominic had also kindly left us some mince pies and a tree to make our visit extra festive :) We'll definitely be back!

Perfect location, and gem of a house
Spent a terrific weekend at Tides Reach which ticks every box. The house has everything you need and outdoor facilities which makes dealing with wet suits super easy! Perfect location...very close to the beach and all the various eateries. Dominic the owner was a delight to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Truly fantastic accommodation
Amazing location, 1 min from shops and 2 mins from beach. I am a massive clean freak, and this place is spotless. Has everything you can think of, including a washing line and outside hooks for wetsuits. As soon as we left this year, we booked for next year, love love love this little house. Can't wait to get back!

Perfect location
Lovely cottage only 100m from the beach. Clean, warm, and had everything we needed and in such a perfect location. We stayed for a week to surf and it was lovely!

Ideal
Stayed here with my wife and two year old at the beginning of September 2016. Although the weather wasn't great, we couldn't really fault the house. Its well equipped and in a great location. Literally a stones throw to the beach and shops. Would definitely recommend it. We also bumped into Dominic the owner who was very friendly. All in all we had a great time. Thank you!

About the neighborhood
Polzeath has one of the best surfing beaches with its golden sand and surf schools and lots of rock pools for the kids to play in. With lovely restaurants and cafes situated around the beach where you can watch the sun set into the ocean in the evenings over a glass of wine. There are many activities to enjoy including the renowned St. Enodoc golf course, sailing and water skiing on the Camel Estuary, windsurfing at Daymer Bay. Dining at the 2 Michelin Star 'Restaurant Nathan Outlaw'. Relaxing and being pampered in one of the local Spas or take a bike ride along the stunning Camel Trail. The Camel Estuary provides some of the best bird watching opportunities in Cornwall. The local Rock Oyster Festival takes place in June and has an array of culinary delights with local produce and restaurateurs and with entertainment for all the family. From the cottage you can walk straight onto the coastal walks around to Daymer Bay where John Betjemin spent his holidays and is now buried here at the picturesque St. Enodoc Church.
