A solo 200 metros del inicio de la 5ta av. y del ferry que sale a Cozumel. Muy cerca del transporte público que va al aeropuerto y a toda la Riviera Maya, a pocos metros de supermercado, restaurantes, casas de cambio, lavanderías y Playacar con sus bellas playas y su gran campo de golf. Lugar tranquilo, seguro para andar a pie o en bicicleta.
