All rooms are separate and equiped with washbasin and air conditioning. Ideal for couples and groups. Rooms are cleaned daily. Cycladic, minimal, traditional atmosphere. See pictures and reviews.

You can do whatever you like on the island of Ios! However, we must keep quiet when we are in the room or use common areas, respecting the holidays of the other guests. So, parties or music are not allowed, but parties are welcome in Chora!
Treat the room as your home, so pay attention to furnitures, walls, appliances and avoid any kind of damage and stealing of the room and shared area. Compensation may be required.
Inside the rooms is not allowed smoking, drugs, loud noise, partying, accomondation of extra people than those agreed.
The quiet times are 14:00-18:00 and 23:00-08:00.
Do not throw paper and other objects into the toilet, there is a bin for them.
Do not make unreasonable use of air conditioners.
Keep the key with you, extra person hosting is available upon request.
