Recently renovated (2016), fully equipped house with amazing views of the ancient Skarkos city, ideal for families with 2 kids, 5 minutes walk from the center of Chora, directly accessible by car in a quiet neighborhood.
The villa consists of a 25sq.m. living room - master bedroom, a separate kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed for the kids. The roof is accessible by a spiral staircase.
The villa is very easy accessible by car / motorcycle. There are 2 free parking areas within 15 meters from the villa. The center of Chora and the Mills are 5 minutes walk from the property.

This is strictly a family house and it is addressed only to mature couples or families with 2 kids. No parties, events or extra people are allowed.
We stayed 3 nights at this apartment. The host was very helpful, picking us up from the ferry and providing tips for what to do. The apartment is clean and well equipped. It is very easy to walk into town for dinners. Distance to beaches is a little further, but this didn't bother us. There are plenty of restaurants in town, but for some places reservations are advisable.

Perfect
We had a fabulous week staying on Ios in the beautifully appointed Villa Vorino. This small house is at the edge of the village and very quiet, yet in easy walking distance to everything in town.
Yiannis was extremely helpful in every way and will take care of you. We did what he suggested and were never disappointed. Ios is a beautiful island with lots to do and great food.

Amazing place
Villa Vorino is amazing. Very cozy and the best place for relaxation. Its location is extremely convenient, since it is too quiet and at the same time too close to "Chora" (only 3 minutes walk). We had also a private parking space, which made our life easier because otherwise is very difficult to find a parking in "Chora". We really loved Villa Vorino and we will definetely visit it again.

Fabulous
I have just spent 12 wonderful days at Yiannis Villa. Yiannis is architect and he completely rebuilt this house for our greatest pleasure. See his pictures "Before-After"! Everything is extremely neat while being very comfortable.
The morning awakening with the opening of the interior shutters is wonderful as you dive (literally) into the valley considering the size of the windows.
Ideally placed because the villa is in the village but very quiet (no noise), with a reserved parking space or quick access to the various Mill’s parking : perfect!
My teens also enjoyed the terrace to be quiet without parents!

Vacations made in heaven at Villa Vorino
Villa Vorino is a great destination for family vacations that we had the pleasure to experience in August 2017. It combines the two faces of Ios islands as it is 50 metres away from the centre of IOS "Chora" town (where nightlife is) and in the same time it is in the heart of a traditional residential neighbourhood of “Ios Chora” full of traditional local houses.
Villa Vorino is a brand new house, as it is obvious that just recently has been restored or rebuild from what it was a traditional old house. It is accessible by car through a private road and there is a convenient car parking just outside the Villa. Most probably is one of the very few accommodations in IOS with so convenient access and parking space.
Decorated with sophisticated and elegant objects, conveys the feeling of a 5 star hotel accommodation yet with the relaxed impression that you are at home.
Last but not least we should mention Yannis, the owner that with his friendly attitude and his savvy recommendations for things and people in IOS make you to love the island and enjoy your staying in full, since your arrival.
For sure, we will see you again and again Villa Vorino!

Best choice for couples and families
Very stylish and fully equipped house in a convenient and quite area – at the boundary of Ios town, in a short walking distance from the hustle and bustle centre – and also very reasonably priced for what it offers. Yannis, the owner and our host, gentle and knowledgeable, is a real connoisseur. With his detailed and well evaluated information about sightseeing, beaches, restaurants etc, was revealed to us the grander of the place. Villa Vorino is an ideal choice for those who like to enjoy the real beauty of Ios island.

Stylish Apartment in a very convenient location!
Yiannis has made an incredible job building and decorating his house! It is very well equiped (fully equiped kitchen, espresso machine, board games, books, you name it), and very stylish. It gives the visitor the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel suite! Its location is very convenient for couples or famillies with grown up children that would like to go for a walk in the town, as it is right at the boundary of Ios Town, therefore it is walking distance from everything while at the same time in a very quiet neighborhood! Yiannis is a great host, very hospitable and caring, gave us the best tips on where to go and what to do on the island, which we absolutely loved for its beautiful unspoiled beaches, the amazing food and may more! We feel we made a firend! Thank you Yiannis for this wonderful vacation!

The perfect family place!
I stayed there for 10 days!
The villa was as beautiful as shown in the pictures and very well situated,just 2 minutes from the center. Modern design and very clean with new furnitures and all the amenities tha you may need!Yiannis(host) was very professional and friendly and always available to help!I would strongly recommend the villa for families!!

Μοναδική εμπειρία διαμονής !!!!!
Μείναμε 2 ενήλικες και ενα παιδι 10 ετών για 6 ημέρες στο σπιτι αυτο που έχει φτιαχτεί με πολυ μεράκι και την τέλεια φιλοσοφία για διαμονή , όχι μόνο για τις μέρες των διακοπών αλλα και για μόνιμη κατοικία !!!!! Δεν λείπει τίποτα . Ενα πλήρες εξοπλισμένο σπιτι με ολες τις ανέσεις σ ολες του τις λεπτομέρειες .... Και ο ιδιοκτήτης πρόθυμος , φιλικός και κατατοπιστικός μας έδωσε συστάσεις σε ποια μέρη μπορούμε να φάμε , ποιες παραλιες να επισκεφτούμε και για οτι χρειαζόμασταν . Η καθαριότητα ήταν καθημερινή και μόνο επιλέγοντας αυτο το μέρος για την διαμονή των διακοπών σου αλλάζουν τα στάνταρ σου για το πως πρέπει να ειναι ολες οι τουριστικές μονάδες !!!! Σ ευχαριστούμε για την τέλεια Φιλοξενία και σίγουρα στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στην ΙΟ θα επιλέξουμε αυτήν την βίλα για την διαμονή μας .... Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα !!!!!!!!!
