It is in a quiet cobbled courtyard just a few meters from the high street with its charming cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs. The waterfront is only 200 meters away as are the outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. The property is has fairly steep oak stairs and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Dogs are welcome but please let me know. From the minute we walked in it felt like home. Charming, quaint, comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Loved the kitchen and open plan dining room. Very well equipped with quality extras. Great location in the village, so central

Very clean and well stocked with many “thought out” extras. Ideally positioned for shops and riverside. Found the spiral staircase a bit difficult for the elderly.

Getting around
Topsham has excellent transport links. The train station is 400 meters from the cottage and has a regular service to Exeter and Exmouth beach. The bus service is also good and the airport is 10 km away.
