On the same level, you have all three bedrooms, all with fully equipped en suite bathrooms, two bedrooms having two single beds each (90x190cm) and the master bedroom has a large double bed (180x190cm). All bedrooms have large wardrobes, two bedrooms offer beautiful sea views and share a 14m2 terrace in front of the sea and the third bedroom overlooks the pool area. The kitchen has all the appliances for a comfortable stay: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, Vitro ceramic, toaster and all other kitchen utensils are provided. Next to the kitchen, you have a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. ~ TerracesThe penthouse offers 3 beautiful terraces. The largest one upstairs, 60m2, has an outside shower with the best views, so you can relax on a sunbed all day long and listen to the soothing sound of waves. The second terrace (20m2) is accessible from the living room and is furnished with rattan armchairs and a coffee table. This terrace has a glass curtain that you can completely open or close so that you can enjoy the space regardless of the weather. The third terrace (14m2) is accessible from both the main and guest bedroom and is equipped with sun loungers and a coffee table. Utilities: TV, Internet, Hot/Cold Air conditioning, Toaster, Oven, Coffee maker, Iron, Dishwasher, Vitro ceramic, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, Dryer, Hair dryer. Rooms: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, large living room with dining area, 1 kitchen. Furniture: Double beds (1), Single beds (4), Sofa, Armchairs, Terrace table seating (4), Dining table seating (6). All bedrooms have wardrobes. Other: Linen and towels, 1 private parking and Internet access included. Outdoors: Terraces (3), Shared pool, Shared garden, Private Parking, Parking on the street. Surroundings: ~ Neighborhood Venalmar is an exceptional first line beach secured urbanization, located between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, at just 15km from Marbella. The urbanization lies at the border of a natural protected pine forest so you'll feel the fresh breeze mixed with the fresh pine trees scent. A large pool with a shallow end for kids lies in the middle of the urbanization and next to the pool you have a sauna room. The urbanization has video surveillance and also a private playground for children. ~ Beach The beach Playa El Saladillo, is right in front of the penthouse. The beach is wide and clean, composed by a mixture of sand and pebbles. The entrance in the sea has some rocks. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded. Just as you exit on the beach, you have a chiringuito where you can enjoy typical Spanish tapas or you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. ~ Shopping/Restaurants If you need to buy groceries, fresh meat, wines, vegetables, fruits or seasonal produce you find Aldi supermarket at only 900m from the penthouse. Diana Center, a small shopping area, is at 2.5km from the apartment. Here you can find a small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc and a small market is set up every Saturday morning. In 17km you have the biggest department store on Costa del Sol, La Cañada, from where you can buy everything you need: food, clothes, etc. There are several local supermarkets like SuperSol (4.2km) or Mercadona (4.3km) from where you can also buy fresh fish, fresh baked bread, etc. As for restaurants, the nearest one is only 20m from the apartment, Salduna Beach, a cozy and charming restaurant located on the seafront. You have several other options in the area within 1km from the apartment. ~ Activities There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Venalmar urbanization. In just a 5 minutes drive (1.5km) you reach three of the most well known golf courses: Guadalmina, Atalaya and El Paraiso. Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 15 min. Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. Beautiful spacy apartment with awesome view
Our family of four stayed two weeks in this lovely and spacy apartment and all enjoyed every minute here. The location is very good with fantastic views of the beach and ocean complimented by the palm trees in the very well kept gardens. When the air is clear you can see the Gibraltar rock and at times even the coast of Morocco. The pictures and description of the apartment are accurate so do not need to spend many words on this other than it met our expectations, except perhaps a few minor improvements we reported which would make the entire stay perfect. Dragos and Andreea made us feel very welcome and the few times we needed help Dragos was very responsive and effective. Besides the visual aspects of the location (which are great) in terms of activity we found it to be the right balance of appropriate activity of others living in or visiting the area, yet not too quiet that things get boring after a while. Salduna Beach is just a few steps and quite enjoyable as a little feel good beach restaurant we regularly visited and recommend for drinks and tapas.
