Our home is located in Toronto's most desirable neighborhood of Leslieville. To get out of the city by car you are within minutes to two major arteries, the Donvalley Parkway and the Gardner Expressway.

About the home and local area: The local Danforth scene is steps away so you can enjoy Greek restaurants, clubs and entertainment. Or head South to Gerrard St to experience little India's fabulous fare.
The home is perfect for a couple or family. Minutes from Toronto's museums, Science Center and waterfront.

This house was a good find for our family who were in Toronto for a week for a wedding. Most of the house is recently renovated, fabulous appliances, and a great deck with hot tub. Beds are comfy, nice linens, plenty of towels. Some of the finishing touches from the renovations were not complete; missing light switch covers, a few baseboards not finished. The instruction book for the house has not been updated. For example, the house now has central air, but the book refers to air conditioning units in the window ie, no instructions on how to change temperature. Wifi worked well, and electronic door entry was great. The stair case to upstairs is steep and a bit challenging if you have suitcases. David, the owner, had a wonderful welcome goodie basket for us, as well as a few breakfast items in the fridge. Super convenient walk to the Danforth. Unfortunately, the week we were there, the house next door was under construction, and was quite noisy for part of our stay. Regardless of the few very minor issues, I would stay there again.

Cool place, great location 😎
Our family of 5 stayed at Dave’s for 10 days on April. Cool place. Comfy beds, well equipped, we loved being able to play piano and watch movies on the home cinema. Dave is a great host: very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous - friendly neighbourhood, close to the subway and bus routes (downtown in around 35 minutes), and local shops, services and also parks for the kids. There’s only dining space for 4 at the kitchen bar and a couple of other minor niggles. But overall we had a great time and this was a brilliant base for our vacation.

Fantastic rental
My husband and I stayed at Davids home and had a lovely time! Our son is at the U of T living off Danforth and it was a perfect fit for us. The kitchen and living room is spacious, the hot tub and porch is delightful. The area of Danforth has cute shops, parks, and wonderful restaurants, and the subway is extremely close so you can venture into downtown Toronto if you'd like. David promptly came to the home to help us with anything we requested during our stay. This home is a gem!
