3. NOISE: Keep all noise on the property to a minimum at all times. We share a wall with a neighbor and have a tenant in the separate unit downstairs. THE GUEST AND ALL MEMBERS OF THE GUEST’S PARTY WILL OBSERVE PROPERTY QUIET HOURS from 8 p.m- 8:30 a.m. Noise complaints can result in immediate eviction without refund.
