Stoney Creek Sunpath #8 is a ground floor, corner unit with an open plan layout making the approx 650sq/ft of living space feel very spacious. Upon entering the unit there is a separate mud room area with room to store skis and boards and even a built in boot dryer in addition to the washer and dryer.
