This condominium is in the Oceanfront development of Chac Hal Al in Puerto Aventuras. Chac Hal Al Condominiums have the best beach location in Puerto Aventuras. The condominium unit has a view of the deep water marina entrance and is steps away from the white sandy main beach of Puerto Aventuras.
This large studio unit of 700 sq.ft. is the size of most one-bedroom condominiums however the sleeping area is not enclosed as a bedroom which gives this condominium a very open and spacious feeling. The living area opens to a private terrace with a double sliding door to enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze from this second floor unit.

Great condo! Perry was so friendly and helpful!
The condo was very clean and had all the necessities we needed! Great location near the restaurants, bars, and shopping. The pool was located close and is looking at the ocean near the beach and was well maintained. The beach is beautiful and quiet with plenty of lounge chairs. The security at the gate were very friendly and helpful.
I would 100% rent this property again!!

Hermoso departamento vacacional
Nos encantó el departamento, muy cómodo , provisto para cubrir lo que se necesita para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. El complejo donde se encuentra es hermoso, muy bien cuidado, con muy buen servicio. La vista del departamento es genial. La piscina principal es preciosa. Perry estuvo atento a todas nuestras consultas y dudas. También las personas que prestan servicio en el lugar estuvieron atentos a cada detalle. Nos fuimos con la idea de volver pronto!!!

Great condo. Location is absolutely wonderful. The view from balcony was watching the boats was something we enjoyed and walking to beach was 1 minute away. The grounds are so well kept. We shall return.

Great location beach condo
The location of this vacation rental is most convenient which close to the Town and Eco Theme Park. The property is very clean and steps-away from the beach. The property owner would provide you helpful information and respond to your question right away that is a beauty of part of trips. I'll recommend this rental to all my friends and visit again!

Fabulous!
We had a wonderful time - Chac Hal Al facilities are excellent. The large pool is wonderful as is the sheltered beach. I hope to return next year and rent a unit for my family. The location was perfect - with a view of the marina and a few steps to the pool and beach. We easily reached restaurants and the very good farmer's market. It was not crowded or noisy as in Playa del Carmen - no loud music keeping us awake at night.

About the neighborhood
The condo is located in the Chac Hal Al condo complex which is located on the main beach (Fatima Bay) in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. Puerto Aventuras is approx. 50 minutes south of the Cancun airport and is easily served by airport shuttle service. Taxis are also available. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community consisting of luxury beachfront homes, condos and several hotels. Many restaurants are located around the marina, as are scuba tours, snorkel tours, and access to other area activities.
How to get there
The condo is about 50 minutes south of the Cancun airport. The owner provides private and shared shuttle transportation options that can be arranged online, in advance of your trip; both one way from the airport to the condo or roundtrip.
