Best vacation ever!!
Oh where to start….. the staff here is nothing short of amazing. We had the best server/bartenders Jorge and Hirame who went the extra mile while we were there. The food was absolutely spectacular. We rented all 15 rooms for my husbands 40th birthday celebration and everyone was super happy with everything this place has to offer. The beach is beautiful, our concierge was on point and rooms were awesome! I would happily come back here anytime!

Superb Staff and Awe inspiring service
Where do I even start. The location is AMAZING! Right on the beach with your own heated pool. A quick walk into town if you want to shop or see the dolphins. Mimi and the entire villa staff were beyond amazing. We were there right in the middle of COVID and they handled everything with such grace and excellence. They went above and beyond our expectations. Mimi is a fantastic host and such a joy to work with. The rooms were a perfect temperature and the turn down service was a nice touch. We will be back!

Stunning property and a perfect stay made possible by amazing concierge Mimi Lund!
My company booked this property for our annual off site and it was simply perfect. As you can see from the photos, the views and beach are spectacular, but we also had plenty of space and were able to combine work with a lot of fun, all in a private setting.
The staff was so pleasant and food absolutely delicious with plenty of variety for everyone. It worked out really well for us to enjoy meals in a home style setting which gave us the ability to spend quality time rather than going out to restaurants all the time.
The only bad thing was that I left something valuable and very sentimental to me in my room. I contacted Mimi and she could not have been more helpful returning it to me, which was not easy! Things in Mexico take a little extra work to get done, organize, etc and she went WAY above and beyond making sure that that it could get returned to me. I am so grateful to her for that and everything else she did to make our stay absolutely wonderful.
I would love to return with my extended family to this beautiful hacienda some time. It would be a perfect way to spend a vacation together that is not in a typical hotel or cruise ship. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing property with amazing staff and service!
I don’t have words to describe how magical Hacienda Del Mar is. The house is stunning with breathtaking views. The staff is so nice and attentive to all your needs. Trusty first class service. My husband and I (yes they are LGBTQ+ friendly) recently celebrated our marriage at Hacienda Del Mar with 30 of our closest friends and family. Every single guest was impressed by the level of service the staff provided and everyone is still talking about how much fun they all had. A huge shoutout to the party planner, chef and beverage manager for making the wedding planning easy and stress free. A bigger shoutout to Mimi for her superb service and always being attentive to our needs.
Don’t overthink this place. You will not regret celebrating or simply lodging at Hacienda Del Mar!!!
One of the best experiences I have ever had and we cannot wait to book again.

Amazing wedding week in paradise with the best on-site staff

This was the best week of our lives, and it would not have been possible without the staff. We booked the Haciendas blindly for our wedding week, but were very confident in our decision; given that all the reviews for this place are phenomenal. We rented both Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon for the week. Everything from the property to the location, to the staff, the rooms, the food, the pools, to the beach absolutely blew all of our expectations. Pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. Our family and friends are still raving about how our wedding week was a complete knockout. We are so thrilled that we were able to create such amazing memories here!

Both Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon are stunning, well kept, and filled with activities for kids and adults! Each Hacienda had a pool that provided direct access to the beach, water equipment that many of us used to get out to the sand bar (kayaks and paddle boards), and a game room with a pool table & ping pong table. This place is absolutely picturesque. We took wedding photos and you can't go wrong with anywhere you go. One of the most important factors is the beach. They have built a break wall that makes for really great pictures, but also prevents the larger waves from eroding the beach. The beach is well kept and absolutely beautiful!

Mimi (concierge), Pino (Food and Bev Mgr), Esmerelda (Exec Chef), Cesar 1, Cesar 2, Jorge, and Eduardo (Butlers/Bartenders) and the entire housekeeping, groundskeeping and maintenance staff do everything possible to make your stay the most relaxing and enjoyable time imaginable. Moreover, they are all outstanding individuals with intriguing stories to share. Mimi was an absolute pleasure to work with and to have around the house. She met us upon arrival to ensure everything was all set and you have everything you need. She is absolutely lovely and we hope to see her again!

Chef Esmerelda was so amazing! To think that her and her sous-chef were able to whip together breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 65 guests throughout the entire week is unbelievable. The food served at the Haciendas was the best food that we've ever had. My husband and I want to come back again next year and bring our family for a reunion. Chef Esmerelda was so delightful to have in the villa and it was unbelievable that she and her sous chef were able to cook delicious meals day after day, meal after meal! Our guests were sad to leave (mostly because we won't be eating as well anymore). I am still dreaming about the meals that we had at the Haciendas. For the food served on the night of our wedding, Chef Francesca blew us out of the park! Everything from the cocktail hour to the reception was 100% on point. (Btw - I was only able to have a couple of bites of the ceviche served at the cocktail hour, but OMG that was the BEST ceviche I have EVER had). All of the flavors and textures -- who knew that apples would go so well with traditional ceviche? I will be forever dreaming about that little cup of deliciousness! The fish, steak, and chicken were completely on point. Everyone in our group could not stop raving about the food served at the wedding. I hope that we can come back and use Chef Francesca's team's services for a reunion dinner one of these years!
We will 100% be back with our families for a large reunion. The Haciendas made for an unforgettable experience for all of us on our wedding week! Thank you again to all the people at Hacienda Corazon and Hacienda Del Mar for a wonderful time. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Epic weekend!
Pictures do not do this place justice. It truly was PARADISE from start to finish. The staff were phenomenal from top to bottom and assisted with whatever we wanted and needed. We will be back here for sure and hopefully we have the same staff!! Thank you again for everything!!

After a 60 minute ride, you will be transported to Paradise!
Hacienda Del Mar is a beautiful villa, this was my second visit, the first was 11 years ago. I remembered Gina being the concierge at the time and I loved her. So when I decide to host my 50th, I knew this wonderful home would be perfect.
The pictures don't do this home justice, but without Mimi and the staff, it's just another pretty property. Upon arrival, Mimi, our concierge was not only knowledgeable but she was warm and gracious. She handled every request expediently. You felt the warmth in her professionalism and it was greatly appreciated!
I can't say enough about this amazing team of individuals that work together so seamlessly, but manage not to be in the way. They become such an extension of your stay, that you don't notice tables have been set for meals, cocktails have been poured and fresh towel have replaced the soggy ones you used just a couple of hours earlier.
Chef Esme's cuisine was delicious! We decided on all three meals, the selections were awesome and nothing was duplicated. Big Cesa & Lil Cesa were our mixologist and boy do they know how to make a cocktail! There were 27 of us and they knew many of us by name, no small fete...what gems!
Did I mention the massage therapist they contract were exceptional. I could go on, but you need to work on booking your next get away in PARADISE!
Mimi, it won't take me another 11 years to get back, I promise! This is customer service done right!

Best Vacation EVER!
We just spent a long weekend at Hacienda Del Mar celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with a large group of friends. While we expected it to be a fabulous experience hanging out in a tropical paradise with our best friends, we never imagined just how incredible the experience would be.
The house is gorgeous... all open air and beautifully appointed. But, the staff made this an amazing, unforgettable experience. Mimi, our concierge was on top of every detail and made sure we wanted for nothing. The chefs and bartenders/butlers blew our minds... Esme, Augustino, Cesa and Cesa.... we expected the food and drink to be good, but this was 5-star restaurant quality with every bite and every sip. Cesa is a true mixologist creating innovative, delicious cocktails and Esme is a wizard in the kitchen serving up the best mexican food we have ever tasted. Not to mention we had 2 vegans, and 3 pescatarians in our group. EVERYONE raved about the food meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike. The housekeeping, pool crew and groundskeepers were also top notch. The individual rooms were spotless and pristine, and the surrounding property perfectly manicured.
While we could have had a wonderful experience anywhere, I believe that we had BEST experience because of the staff. They genuinely seemed happy to make us happy. That is a rarity in today's day and age. This experience was like no other... it was truly the best vacation ever!

Come for the views, stay for the hospitality
Hacienda Del Mar was the ideal vacation rental for our group of 12. The house was beautiful, the ocean was stunning, and the staff was amazing. We ended up choosing the 7 rooms in the main house, and they were nice enough to provide some extra beds so nobody had to share one. Mimi, our on-site concierge, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The chefs and butlers were super friendly as well, and I already miss them (as well as their fantastic food and drinks). The location was great for our outings to Coba, several Cenotes, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. Our whole group loved this trip and wants to go back! 11/10 can't recommend highly enough.

Hacienda Del Mar is located at # 15 Calle Punta Matzoma, Puerto Aventuras, Q.Roo, Mexico. 1 Hour South of Cancun, 15 minutes South of Playa Del Carmen, 5 minute north of XpuHa 15 minutes North of Akumal and 35 minutes north of Tulum.

Located in the heart of the Mayan Riviera, Puerto Aventuras is less than an hour south of Cancun International Airport. Home to a world class deep water marina with yachts and sailboats, Puerto also boasts a golf course, tennis courts, a sports fishing fleet , scuba diving centers, white sandy beach and the blue Caribbean ocean. Spend a day sunbathing, swimming with the Dolphins or snorkeling in turquoise waters, here you will see the reef, many fish and turtles.
This exclusive gated community is the home of villas Haciendas del Mar and Corazon. A few minutes walk down the beach brings you to the Marina Center, where you will find many fine shops, restaurants and boutiques.
Puerto Aventuras is very close to many of the attractions along the Riviera Maya coast, beautiful beaches, cenotes (sink holes), the Mayan Ruins of Tulum and Coba, Eco Parks Xcaret, XelHa, Xplor, fine dining, Spas, world class scuba and cave diving and so much more!

A car was recommended to visit the surroundings of Puerto Aventuras. You will find Taxi or local bus. But the simplest is the car.

How to get there
Upon leaving the Cancun airport turn right (south) onto Highway 307 headed toward Tulum. Drive approximately 45 miles (75 km) (just 12 minutes south of Playa Del Carmen) and you will see on your left an entrance that says "Puerto Aventuras" and a bridge, get in the right hand lane (do not go over the bridge) there is a circle (roundabout) under the bridge, turn left onto the circle drive round and turn north heading to the entrance of Puerto Aventuras.
If you miss the turning and go over the bridge, not to worry, head south a couple of minutes and take the Barcelo Hotel return and head north towards Puerto Aventuras.
Drive thru the "Security Arch".
