Town House located behind golf course inside gated community of Puerto Aventuras. 2 minute walk from the highway so public transportation between Tulum and Cancun is very convenient. Covered private balcony to enjoy afternoon or morning meals. White sandy beaches, grocery stores and multiple restaurants are a 5 minute walk by the golf course by tropical foliage and a sparkling marina. The apartment has 3 A/C units: 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room/dining room. Each bedroom as well as the living room have European 220 volt outlets as well as American 110 volt outlets.
