THE AIR CONDITIONING IS TURNED ON FROM THE MAIN BEDROOM, DOORS AND WINDOWS MUST BE CLOSED SO THAT THE PROGRAMMED TEMPERATURE IS ACHIEVED.
I RECOMMEND DURING THE DAY TO OPEN THE DOOR OF THE TERRACE AND THE WINDOW OF THE BEDROOM TO ENJOY THE CROSS VENTILATION

Muy mala, está muy alto el costo de hospedaje para la calidad de servicios que ofrecen.
El agua potable lo tenemos que comprar para cualquier uso alimentario.
Nuestros tres departamentos que rentamos , no tienen ningún contrato para ver pelÃculas por televisión.
Y de hecho no tienen ninguna cortesÃa por parte de la Torre de Departamentos.

Best place in Ixtapa, this is our second time in this property and again, no complaints, we had excellent vacations and enjoyed our time there!!!,

Great little beach condo C-201
We stayed in this 1-bedroom condo (not ocean view but very close) on the beach. Could kind of see the ocean from the balcony between the palm trees but could certainly hear it no problem. It is located close to a few nice restaurants as well as a nice and reasonably priced wine shop located right at the marina. It is a 10-15 minute walk to central Ixtapa with many restaurant and shops to choose from. The pool at the BVGM was very nice and refreshing with no loud boom boom music playing or annoying intoxicated people drinking in the pool. There is pool and beach side service from the restaurant located onsite and prices are quite reasonable. The pool area gets very quiet starting about 5 p.m.
The condo unit we rented was very nicely decorated and clean. Equipped with fridge; stove; microwave; washer/dryer; coffee maker; toaster, etc.(no hair dryer). Everything worked well except the dishwasher didn't seem to get the dishes very clean. There are patio doors leading to the balcony from the bedroom as well as the living room. The TV only had one English speaking station--CNN. We really enjoyed staying here but for an extended stay it could use a new frying pan and some decent knives as the ones in the drawer are quite dull.

We love this place!!!
Our experience was absolutely amazing - truly the nicest resort we have stayed. The service was impeccable, views spectacular and the amenities were amazing. Staying at this resort was like a relaxing spa experience. The tranquil smell of teak woods and sounds of water made this a relaxing experience. This is a great way to unwind.
