What is Powered: All lights, Tv, DSTV, WiFi, microwave, fridge, kettle, lights and the lift in the communal areas of the building. What Isn’t Powered:The geyser, oven and hob, underfloor heating, A/C, heated towel rail, tumble drier. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home welcomes all ages. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking whether inside or outside the property. CAMERAS Exterior cameras are managed by the Marina Estate security and are placed in and around entrances, exists and general communal areas for all staying in the complex. This is a high-security estate.
