Not suitable for pets.
A great location that has you in the middle of idyllic sheep-filled countryside when you wake up, but just a ten minute drive from all the shops you want, should you need them. It's as peaceful a spot as you could wish for with some lovely walks right on your doorstep.
The cottage is warm, cosy and comfortable and Mary is a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed.

Cosy cottage in Maghera
Had a lovely time staying at Fallagloon cottage. Its super clean and has all the amenities you could ask for with two bedrooms, modern shower facilities, a spacious kitchen and open plan living quarters - complete with log burner. Looking forward to staying again in future trips home.

Peaceful paradise
The cottage is situated in a beautiful countryside area of Northern Ireland, just driving up to the place you begin to relax. Within the cottage every detail has been thought out there are facilities for tea and coffee and even some luxury chocolates which were much appreciated. The living room is incredibly cosy made even better by the wood burning fire place. There are a selection of board games to choose from which we really enjoyed. Upstairs there are two bedroom and the beds are very comfortable I have never slept so well. The hosts are a lovely couple with a great knowledge of the interesting history of the place. There is also a folder full of useful local information, we followed the recommendations of a local Chinese which I would place as one of the best take aways I’ve ever had. There are facilities for cooking if you would prefer. Can’t recommend this place enough beautiful inside and out!
