Below you will find a private secluded beach that runs all the way down to the One and Only Palmilla. Complete peace and quiet with no vendors. Our amazing and professional property manager lives a few doors away and is available as needed or to arrange any amenity (airport pickup, private chef, maid service). Otherwise the property manager will be available at check in and check out to provide guests with maximum privacy. The hacienda is gated with 24 hour security and was completely renovated in 2017. All furniture, appliances, bedding, pool, and kitchen equipment is brand new. Beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel sets available for use at the beach or your day trips. Guests are advised to rent a car for day trips to all that Los Cabos has to offer. While it is an approximate 5 minute walk downhill to the beach guests with mobility / fitness issues may also need help walking back up to the house given its panoramic ridge top location. Our goal is for our guests to leave with amazing memories from their stay at Hacienda Del Mar including full use of spaces specifically designed for fun and social interaction. We would appreciate our guests being respectful towards neighbors, staff, and other community members and would request outdoor activities to quieten down by 10pm. Guests should follow general rules for pool safety and children should be supervised at all times in the pool area and gardens. Photo ID must match the guest. No parties in excess of agreed guest count. Do not run AC with windows open. Switch off pool and spa overnight. Supervise children at all times. Agree to hold property owner and management entirely free from any liability related to loss of property, injury, or death.

About the neighborhood

The property is ideally located on the 'Golden Corridor', on the oceanside of the main freeway connecting San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. This is the area where most of the luxury resorts and vacation homes are situated and allows you with easy access to both the quaint town of San Jose Del Cabo and the party town of Cabo San Lucas. There are several amazing golf courses, eco tourism activities, fishing marinas, and swimming / snorkeling beaches nearby. Directly opposite the community is a gourmet food court called the El Merkado which is easy to access and a great dining option any time of day. Nearby in San Jose is a large Mexican supermarket named La Comer. Costco is about a 20 minute drive and is located in Cabo San Lucas.

Getting around

Rental car is recommended. Alternatively, if you are mainly interested in enjoying the home, pool, views, and gardens, you have an option to use private transportation (taxi) to reach the home and a local grocery delivery service for everything you need. We like to ensure that guests know that the walk back from the beach is uphill and challenging if you are not in good physical condition.
