We can also recommend a service to have the kitchen stocked for you in advance, as well as recommend a private chef to cook for you if you would prefer. The property had a good location, views and was spacious and tastefully furbished at a very reasonable price for two bedrooms. The directions were clear and the agent, Bibi SILVA WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
The only slight problem was the moisture in part of the bathroom walls causing peeling.
If that problem was rectified we certainly would return

Fantastic Cabo Getaway
We loved waking up to the stunning sunrise and ocean view every morning. The condo was beautifully decorated, with a full kitchen and had all the amenities of home. It was very clean, quite and secure. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, before and after our walks down to the city. Everything was centrally located, we felt safe and had an amazing vacation. The dining and entertainment options in Cabo were endless and we appreciated the recommendations from the owner. The Vonage phone line, Wifi access, dish network and washer/dryer were a nice bonus.

This is a happy, heavenly oasis!
The accommodations are upscale and tasteful. The view is magnificent! Cabo has so much to offer, and the owner's friendly advice and recommendations made it easy for us to navigate. We had a fabulous trip. I hope to return soon and stay here!

Great location, great property
Booking was an easy and pleasurable experience. The owner Kristi gave plenty of informative help on how to get there, security, local bars, restaurants etc. The property manager, Bibi came to meet us between the airport and the property to guide us in, helped us with our luggage and gave a great show around the condo...brilliant! The condo has the exactly the views shown on the web page, it is stunning both by day and night. The property has all you need for your time there including beach towels and deck chairs and cooler should you decide to visit the beach. It is roomy and modern with TV should you need it, internet and free local calls as well as a free vonage line to the us and Canada. The walk to the town can be a bit of an uphill push on the way back but not a daunting prospect. The pool is under shade during the period we were there, that being Xmas and New Years and there are not a lot of sunbeds for the number of condos, however we are not big pool people so didn't effect our stay. There was some nearby construction going on during our stay which did get a little annoying with the 0630am start, however, Cabo is growing so it can be expected.This is the only reason I didn't put the rating at 5 stars.
We would definitely go back, no doubt about it, Cabo is a great location and this Condo has one of the best locations

First time in Cabo - Perfect Place to Stay
This was our first time to Cabo and this condo proved to be the perfect spot for us. It is located in Pedregal, a beautiful, gated hilltop community with amazing views and beautiful homes. We had rented a car and took several trips riding through the community's cobblestone roads and taking in the sights. The condo is lovely, very comfortable, clean and extremely well-stocked with kitchen supplies and other household items. The a/c worked great, but since the evenings were pleasantly cool, we many times shut the a/c off and enjoyed the cool night air. The view is just amazing and we enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony reading, drinking and taking in the beautiful sights. There is a great restaurant within an easy walk of the condo with fantastic outside breakfasts and very reasonable. There are a number of good restaurants within a short distance of the condo, but the rental car ( we rented through Cactus - highly recommend) came in very handy for venturing out beyond the condo area. We spent a lot of time at the Marina enjoying wonderful seafood - we live in the Tucson area and good seafood is not easy to come by, so it was seafood for us every night. We had the best fish tacos ever at Gordo Lele's, a nearby teeny street-side cafe, and were personally entertained by the owner - it was a priceless experience!
We loved Cabo and hope to return soon. If we do, we will use Kristi's condo again as our home base. We had absolutely no complaints!

This Place was Perfect
This condo is a perfect getaway in Cabo. The amenities are just as advertised, the pool area was great (and we usually had it to ourselves), and we loved being outside of town to get away from it all. The kitchen was well provided for, and the property management was exceptional. The condo was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the veranda was awesome.
We were two couples so we very much enjoyed the separate bathrooms for each bedroom layout. We loved Cabo, will come again, and we will try to book this condo again when we do.

The best kept secret in Cabo!
In all the years we have went to Cabo and stayed on Medano Beach, never again. Las Cascadas was fantastic. The views in the picture don't do it justice live. Pedregal and Pedregal beach is 5 star. This particular condo is equipped with all you need. Wifi in your room, free calls to US and Canada, a phone for local calls, and US satellite programming. Need to call a cab? No problem. Want to walk to town? 10 minutes down the hill. It has it all, and very affordable when you compare to staying at the high end resorts. And the best property manager in Cabo San Lucas, Bibi. If you stay in Las Cascadas, I don't know how you wouldn't love it.

The best Cabo experience we've had thus far
I have to say that this was the best experience we've had on vacation in Cabo. My husband and I visited Cabo B.C. (before children) and spent a fortune on staying in "nice hotels". Nothing compares to this place. It felt as though we were home but still on a very relaxing vacation. This condominium is fully equipped. We went to Costco and Walmart and stocked up on food and drink to last us the whole week. Because of this place we ate most of our meals at home and didn't have a need to spend on expensive restaurants. Our children enjoyed the pool but they're favorite part was watching the cruise ships from the balcony. We got to watch our very first moonrise from the balcony and it was a breathtaking sight. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing this property with us.

Amazing
The whole experience we had at Las Cascadas was simply amazing. Both Kristi (the owner) and Bibi (the property manager) were extremely helpful - they went above and beyond to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Their recommendations for dining/charters/places to visit were always right on the mark. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport - which was a welcome relief considering the number of people trying to lure you into their condo/cab companies. We even hired the same company to take us to Todos Santos, and the return ride back to the airport. The hills of Pedregal were our exercise and we walked everywhere. The view from the condo was nothing short of spectacular - a welcome relief to some long days spent in the City of Cabo. We loved it and will definitely recommend it to all we know who are planning a trip to Cabo. Thanks again Kristi and Bibi for making Las Cascadas our home away from home.

Our Refuge and Sanctuary
My husband and I just returned from an 11 day stay at Las Cascadas. We cannot say enough about the owner, Kristi, to the property manager, Bibi, to the magnificent views afforded by looking out from the balcony watching the sunrise with the cruise ships arriving, and tourists being tendered in, to the incredible night-lights of Cabo San Lucas. The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities of home. All of the supplies were provided, so you just have to bring yourselves! It was such a comfort to know at the end of a long day, you could sit back, have a refreshment on the balcony and just chill. Thanks again Kristi and Bibi for all your help - it was amazing.

Free covered parking available on site. Pedregal, or 'mountain of stones', is a place where you can live your life to its fullest. Minutes away from the marina and local entertainment, restaurants, shops and nightlife, but far enough to make you feel as if you were in another world: a world of tranquility, pristine comfort and a relaxed lifestyle.
Getting around
Some guests choose to walk to their destinations during their stay. It is about 1/4 of a mile into downtown Cabo San Lucas, about 1/2 a mile to the marina and just over one mile to Medano Beach.
Other guests choose to do a combination of walking and taking taxis. Cost for a taxi from the condo to Medano Beach is approximately $12 - $15 one way, negotiated rate.
Some guests who wish to explore the area and its numerous beaches and activities choose to rent a car. Cars are available for rent at the airport, or you can walk from the condo into downtown Cabo to a Rental Car Agency.
How to get there
We use a private transportation service for airport transfers to and from the condo. We have negotiated a rate of $75 plus tip each way for our guests and ourselves. We can book the transfers for you, or guests can book for themselves. The contact information for the Transport Service is included in the Welcome Packet after payment is made.
