Located in the exclusive private community of Punta Ballena, home to the world famous Esperanza Resort, Casa Tita is the perfect home for large families. At 8,000 square feet, this 8-bedroom, eight and a half bath, luxury villa includes all the amenities you need for a relaxing Cabo escape.
There are five master suites with king beds, private ensuite baths and private balconies which all include stunning ocean views. Three children's rooms each with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds and private baths can also be found in this spectacular home. Great care has been taken to separate the common areas from the bedrooms to allow guests privacy when required, while the spacious areas are perfect for get togethers.

AMAZING EXPERIENCED
I stayed at this house with 19 girls for my bachelorette party and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The concierge was unbelievably helpful in organizing dinner reservations, airport transfers, stocking the house with groceries, private drivers, chefs, and 4 hour private sailboat. We even got one 15 min complimentary massage. Not to mention the house was gorgeous and huge! The on-site house manager was so sweet and ran a couple errands for us, and the housekeepers were great each morning. The only downside was there was construction next door and the house speakers didn’t seem to work out by the pool (so just bring your own speakers!) It was the best experience and I would stay here again hands down.

CASA TITA IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!
I currently stayed at casa tita in Cabo for a bachelor party with 18 of my friends. The villa was amazing very spacious, awesome ocean views throughout the whole house. The pool and jacuzzi kept us refreshed all day long. Very spacious areas to host dinners. The service that sun cabo provided was excellent everyone from the house manager, Butler, and our A+ chef treated us with the upmost respect and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed! VERY HELPFUL STAFF! This is hands down one of the best villas in Cabo it will not disappoint! our group had a blast! Thank you casa tita and staff!

Amazing!!!
Beautiful house with lots of room to accommodate our family. Perfect design for large group. Central kitchen and dining area to congregate with private bedroom/bath for each guest. The pool was gorgeous and was our main hang out all day and night. The Esperanza resort is gorgeous, The staff and amenities are 5 stars! I highly suggest their butler service!! Still wishing I was there!!
