Villa consists of two floors of a total of 235 sqm of useful surface, located on the 750 sqm private plot with security video surveillance. There is a private parking place for 4 cars.
The whole property is fully fenced, and there are 4 parking places on the private plot, fenced.

We stayed at the Villa Top Hills in June for a week. A truly wonderful place! All the amenities are there, anything you can think of. Infinity swimming pool, bbq, football pitch for kids, table tennis, trampoline. A perfect place to relax and explore the area. I highly recommend it. Stunning place and very friendly and attentive owners.

Located in quiet surroundings of village Tugare in Omiš hinterland, surrounded by Mediterranean plants offering panoramic views, it is positioned only 7km away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće and Omiš, 7km from restaurants and supermarkets, only 1km from local restaurant Palacio and 1km to a local mini-market and a bar.
Getting around
The area of Omiš and Cetina river gorge offers many sports possibilities. You can try zip-line above Cetina river canyon, white water rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, cycling, and much more (7km from the villa).
Omis is approx. 7 km from the property and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance, the old part of Omiš offers cute, small streets to walk through and visit a Mirabela fortress with amazing views on Omiš and Cetina river. A lot of great restaurants, bars, open market with fresh fruit and vegetables, best sandy and pebble beaches with very clear sea and all just 10 min drive from the property.
