Si viene en su propio vehículo y necesita un aparcamiento, póngase en contacto con nosotros antes de llegar para comprobar la disponibilidad de nuestros aparcamiento, que está en una pensión (estacionamiento) a 3 bloques, justo al lado de la parroquia.

Two of us stayed the month in this unit and would stay again for two reasons...the terrace and the location. It is charming! The street is elevated and away from the busiest part of the Centro but an easy walk to almost anything you want to do. Staff quickly addressed any issues, for instance water temp/pressure one time. The unit is on the pricey side but some nearby hotels cost much more. I would say noise was the main problem. The house has other units so we could hear people playing music and talking very late at night but it was mostly quiet. Very nice overall.

Spacious, comfortable, and close to center
2 Bedrooms, 1 queen and two twin beds as well as sleeper couch. Only four or five blocks from El Jardin (town square) The Good things: Spacious two bedroom with full kitchen, great patio with table and chairs, Good condition of furniture with cable TV, Good WiFi. Nice shower. Washing machine.Very responsive owner if problems or issues. Good value for location in SMA. Not so good: can be somewhat stuffy during warm days, one corner of roof leaks in heavy rain (owner is attending to this), street noise can be an issue in the bedroom closest to the street(twin bed room) This unit is ideal for family of four or a couple who want to be close to the city center. Restaurants, groceries, bakery, and cultural places all close by. Would stay here again.

Al reservar por este medio lo primero que checo es la ubicación y las evaluaciones de limpieza. La casa de Simón y Brenda tiene una ubicación excelente!! y se encontraba muy limpia!!! La decoración es linda, acorde con el lugar y estuvieron al pendiente de que nos instaláramos sin contratiempos. GRACIAS!!

Super recomendable!!!excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo todo lo puedes hacer caminando sin necesidad del auto o taxis!! La casa increíble todos súper atentos, siempre están al pendiente de ti!!! La casa es muy tranquila tiene un excelente espacio y todo está en perfecto estado !!! Gracias Brenda al igual que a tu mami y la señora Erika hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable !!!

Awesome place to stay
The location is excellent. We are happy with the super comfortable beds, lovely kitchen, dining areas, sitting areas for relaxing, as well as the perfect patio area for breakfast, etc., not to mention the beautiful ambience of the casita. The owner Brenda was helpful with places to eat and things to do. I would definitely stay there again.

We were received with open arms, she even brought us bread and milk. Our stay here was really nice, the house was very clean and very centric. She attended to our needs and went above and beyond when we got to the house late, I cannot express how much we appreciated that. We will defiantly come back again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment.

Està muy bièn ubicado , la cocina esta completamente equipada , tiene todo lo que una familia necesita para una corta o larga estancia, esta ipecablemente limpio y muy equipado, tiene una estancia muy linda, chimenea, y casi todo està nuevo sàbanas, toallas , cobertores etc.aunque solo viaje con mi esposo, es excelente para una familia que viaja con niños!

The apartment is situated in the heart of SMAs historical center, just 4 blocks away from the 'Parroquia' and its central garden, where you’ll be able to hear the 'Mariachis' and 'Estudiantina' all around you. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants, the apartment is located in a quiet street with shops for the daily needs just a block away. ----------- El apartamento está ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de SMA, a tan solo 4 bloques de la parroquia y su jardín central, donde podrá oír a los mariachis y a la Estudiantina a su alrededor. Rodeados de excelentes bares y restaurantes, el apartamento está ubicado en una calle tranquila con las tiendas para las compras diarias a tan solo un bloque.
Getting around
There is no need to use the public transport as SMA is small and the apartment is right in the center. Taxis are readily available. ---------- No hace falta usar el transporte público, pues SMA es pequeña y el apartamento está en el centro. Un taxi es fácilmente obtenible.

How to get there
*Walking from downtown: If you find yourself at the famous Parroquia of SMA, follow the street of 'Correo' up for four blocks (you’ll pass by 'Diez de Sollano', 'Recreo' and 'De los Chiquitos'). Turn right at 'De la Barranca'. After 20 meters, you’ll see your beautiful vacation rental on your right side. *Arriving by car: If you are driving to SMA, it is best to enter the town on the 'Real Salida a Querétaro'. Drive straight until you find 'Piedras Chinas' (the street just before the 'Mirador'). Turn left there and then drive straight. Turn right onto the street 'De la Barranca'. You’ll see your beautiful vacation rental on your left side. *Parking: Please contact us before arrival to check the availability of our own parking space, which is in a “Pensión” (parking lot) 3 blocks away, right next to the 'Parroquia'. Otherwise, we recommend the 'Pensión de Autos Jesus' on 'Tenerias #29'. It is both cheap and relatively close. We recommend to drop off your luggage at our casita first before parking the car. *Airport shuttle: BajioGo offers shuttle services to several airports. For example, an hour and a half trip to/from Leon airport costs 29 USD per person or 96 USD for a group of 4. ---------- *Caminando desde el centro: Si está en la famosa parroquia de SMA, siga la calle Correo unos cuatro bloques (pasará por Diez de Sollano, Recreo y De los Chiquitos). Gire a la derecha a De la Barranca. Después de 20 metros verá un alquiler vacacional hermoso a la derecha. *Así se llega en vehículo propio: Si va hacia SMA, lo mejor es entrar en la ciudad en la Real Salida a Querétaro. Siga recto hasta encontrar Piedras Chinas (la calle que está justo antes de Mirador). Gire a la izquierda y siga recto. Gire a la derecha a la calle De la Barranca. Ahí verá un alquiler vacacional hermoso a la izquierda. *Aparcamiento: Póngase en contacto con nosotros antes de llegar para comprobar la disponibilidad de nuestros aparcamiento, que está en una pensión (estacionamiento) a 3 bloques, justo al lado de la parroquia. De otro modo, le recomendamos la Pensión de Autos Jesús' en Tenerias #29. Ambos son baratos y están relativamente cerca. Le recomendamos dejar el equipaje en nuestra casita antes de aparcar el vehículo. *Traslado del/al aeropuerto: BajioGo ofrece servicio de traslado a varios aeropuertos. Por ejemplo, una vuelta de hora y media desde el/al aeropuerto León cuesta 29 USD por persona o 96 USD para un grupo de 4.
