This lovely one level 1-bedroom 1-bath, second floor, Pied à Terre is nestled in the heart of El Centro in a secure compound consisting of five quaint newly remodeled casitas each with a private outdoor area. The compound also contains a community terrace overlooking the city, featuring a lounge area, BBQ, fireplace, and beautiful views of Northern San Miguel. This casita is just a 5-minute walk to the Jardin and the Parroquia.
This lovely one level 1-bedroom 1-bath, second floor Pied à Terre is exquisite. The kitchen is equipped with a convection/toaster oven, stove top gas burners for cooking, sink, a full-size refrigerator, and all the utensils needed for preparing and serving food. The newly remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower, great lighting, and a large mirror and makeup mirror...

Great staff, off of Centro but easily in walking distance, clean, safe, great WIFI
This is a lovely property. I ended up staying in both Unit 4 and Unit 6 when friends arrived. If you have a larger party, Unit 6 is great because it's right off of the shared patio which includes a spotless grill, fireplace and tables and chairs. It's pretty much shaded so can be used all hours of the day, but I loved it at night with the fireplace going. Unit 4 is great for a couple of single, which a sweet little patio off of the bedroom. In fact, all the units have something good and interesting about them. It's a particularly safe property that's immaculately kept up by Petra and her excellent crew. Laundry service is great, too. The only downside is a very barky dog next door, but if he gets out of hand you just call Petra who talks to the owners. Great place!

The Best Experience Traveling in Mexico
This was simply the best experience we had traveling in Mexico. The apartment is cozy, secure, clean and it has everything you need. Also, It's regularly cleaned. Everything is within walking distance. WiFi is fast enough to work or watch HD movies. The host is amazing too, left us a detailed guide on most of the restaurants in town and promptly responded to all questions.

Getting around
Don't rent a car. Taxis line up just a 4 minute walk from Piedaterre at Casitas Aparicio which will take you 10-15 minutes across town for 70-80 pesos (about $3.50-$4.00. Buses run regularly for about 17 pesos ($1.00). Taxis are available throughout San Miguel de Allende. Many locals and tourists simply walk throughout town, as there are so many conveniences and delights along the way to see and enjoy.

Fly Volaris Airline direct to Leon or Queretaro airports and take a BahiaGo shuttle directly from the airport to your door for $30 per person, or contact Petra who will put you in touch with Leandro for a private car service from the airport to your door.
