On the first floor is the kitchen dining/living, washer/dryer, master bedroom and full master bath and another full bathroom. Bedding includes a King in the master, on the first floor. On the second floor, there's a Queen in the second bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom with one pull out trundle bed. The bunk room features a unique skylight and also looks out into the living room. The second floor features a full bath with double vanities and tub/shower. Wireless Internet is available throughout. Property Description: A short 5 minute walk to the Beaver Creek Village where world famous restaurants and shops are located. Beaver Creek village offers outdoor ice-skating all year round. The Borders Lodge is located on a hillside with ski-in/ski-out access via the Elkhorn Chairlift (Chair 14) adjacent to the Lobby door. This condo has access to complimentary shuttles and Dial-a- Ride to Beaver Creek Village. Enjoy the quiet and comfort of a private residence with the personal service and amenities of a hotel. The Borders Lodge is a true mountain retreat, with a heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, assigned individual ski locker, fitness room, heated covered parking, 24/7 front desk in season, (daily housekeeping services, grocery shopping, airport rides available upon request *additional fees may apply) and complimentary coffee bar in the lobby. Watch Beaver Creek fire works right from the hot tub every Thursday night.
