Amazing experience!
Beautiful and fully equipped condo with comfy beds and relaxing ambiance. Bill and Cathy (property manager) were very good at communicating with us. I had to work for a couple of days and the internet connection was fast and stable. We also felt very safe during our stay. Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar
Es un lugar con una ubicación excelente y especial en Tulum, para poder trasladarse a los distintos sitios de turismo, como templos Mayas, playas, cenotes y parque acuático Xelha. Además, permite el traslado a distintos restaurantes y sitios donde deleitarse con la comida local.

Wonderful Tulum apartment
Ideally located a short 10 minute drive from either the beach or Tulum town. The position of the apartment in the village is perfect with a great view over the swimming pool and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday. Bill, the owner and Cathy the property manager are helpful and informative, it made it so easy to feel at home and make the most of our break. We felt very safe in Aldea Zama and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Clean and comfortable condo in Tulum
Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) had a fabulous stay at this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Aldea Zama, Tulum. The location is perfect -- it is nestled between the town and the beach. It is an easy 5 minute drive to world renowned Tulum beach and a 5 minute drive into town where you will find fabulous restaurants and shops. This condo has everything you need to be comfortable and safe while visiting the area. There is a full kitchen if you would like to do your own cooking, a cozy patio overlooking the beautiful swimming pool and gardens, and 2 very comfortable beds. What more could you want? Well...there is also a flat screen TV with a large collection of DVDs, 2 large showers for keeping clean and cool after the beach, and a washer and dryer for taking care of the laundry. We had a great stay and we highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for family-friendly accommodation while staying in Tulum.

Perfect location, luxury accommodation!
This privately owned Condo is perfectly located half way between the beaches and the town. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you could want, including laundry machines, full size fully equipped kitchen, spacious sitting area leading to a great balcony overlooking the pool, and two large bedrooms each with own bathrooms!
We love spending a vacation at this Condo, and are booking again for this year. The supermarket is just a short ride away, and the area had many fine restaurants.
Aldea Zama is easy to find and is tucked into the Jungle, so it is very quiet at night.
There are many places on the beach to go during the day and some very interesting
Mayan ruins and Cenotes to explore! The weather is perfect most if the time and the ocean is crystal clear! The owner Bill, has a local housekeeper who can help with any questions or requests, and has a list of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.! We hire a car at the airport, so we are completely independent, but there are bike shops everywhere, so you can choose to get around on a bike, which a lot of visitors do! There are taxis going up and down to the beach too, so that would also be an option! The town is busy at night with many bars and restaurants, some with live music, and great food! This is our favorite place to be, and we can't wait to get back there again this year!

"Great Location"
The location was great for us - close to beach, town and shopping. All within walking distance or an inexpensive taxi ride. Great for cooking yourself or close to restaurants in the immediate area, the beach or Tulum. Bill (the owner) was very prompt with his responses when booking and very helpful with suggestions or ideas for things to do and places to see while we were there. Cathy and Juani (Property Mgrs.) were great and very helpful. A great holiday!

We can't recommend this rental enough....
My wife and I had a short, 4 night stay, here in September 2017. This formed part of our honeymoon.
Bill and Cathy are lovely people and bent over backwards to help us. The rental is based in a beautiful area and has several restaurants and bars in close proximity. It is was impeccably clean and has everything you might need to make your stay a special one.
We'd love to return someday.

Perfect hosts in ideal Tulum location.
If you're looking for a condo in a perfect location to access the beach or the town of Tulum, with the most supportive hosts then this is the perfect rental. Bill and Daniella provided so much helpful communication before we arrived late on our first night and were in contact whenever we needed any advice through our family stay. The kids loved the pool, the condo felt safe and secure and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone, family or otherwise who wants the ease of access to everything in the area without compromising on comfort or a good nights sleep. This is not a party spot unlike the beach rentals and is all the better for it! (you are five mins away from the action if wish). Cheers guys!

We usually rent a car but Tulum is very small and can be accessed by bike or taxi. Everything is 5-10 minutes away. If you like to bike we suggest iBike Tulum nearby for rentals and we suggets Tulum Juan for taxi plus several others.

Directions in how to get to the property:
The easiest way to get to the property is taking the main Highway 307 from Cancun Airport South to Tulum (about 1 hr 30 min drive). You will pass, Playa del Carmen, then Puerto Aventuras, Akumal and ten minutes after Xel Ha you will arrive in Tulum.
Arriving in Tulum there are a couple of big speed bumps (topes) so just slow down and you will be fine. Arriving in Tulum follow these directions.
