Located in a quiet and secure 24hrs surveillance security neighborhood, with a lot of trees, nice view to the park, birds singing and the healing atmosphere from the near sea . Located at less than one mile from the beach .You can take a walk or bicycle to enjoy the beauty of the caribbean waters.. The house is in north Playa del Carmen, near Xcalacocos beach & Hotels Grand Velas Princess, and Azul five . If you rent a car , you can drive to downtown or you could visit Puerto Morelos at 25 minutes, Tulum at 1hr. Taxis and buses available near the house
