Excelente!!!
Hemos estado en Villas del Mar Suites 10 dÃas y lo hemos pasado fantástico!! Los apartamentos son divinos, todo muy bien cuidadito y decorado con mucho cariño. La ubicación de los apartamentos es un poco alejada del centro pero si lo que quieres es descansar y estar apartado del jaleo que hay en Playa (que es lo que nosotros buscábamos) no puedes escoger un sitio mejor!!! Aparte caminando estás en el centro a 20 minutitos, y en taxi pues a 5 minutos) el propietario Stefano es un encanto, siempre atento a las necesidades que tenÃamos y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Un 10!!! Nos ha encantado y esperamos poder volver pronto.... Mil gracias!

A charming spot
Stefano and his wife have built four beautiful villas in the quieter, northern section of Playa. Even though it isn’t an all inclusive, there are good restaurants with inexpensive tasty meals within a couple minute walk. Stefano was very helpful in getting us transfers to the airport and other tours. You can pay just a couple dollars and get a taxi to the busy downtown section but we preferred our quieter area. The beach is about a five minute walk. We felt very safe and cared for.

Great place Great host
My mother and I came here for her birthday was a wonderful place everything is within walking distance and cabs are very inexpensive would highly recommended this place to anyone who doesn’t want to do the all inclusive Host was awesome always a text away and will accommodate anything you need If we are ever in Mexico again will definitely book here again. Thanks so much for making our trip amazing

Perfect Sanctuary
From the moment you walk through the gate into the courtyard, we knew we had found our sanctuary. With Stefano, our host, waiting for our evening arrival, our suite
to be home for the next month, our terrace, overlooking the pool, everything was
perfect. The "Villas" so very tasteful designed by Stefano and his wife Paola,
artistic with added mexican details, fitting complementing.
Stefano always very helpful, where best to shop for groceries, places to eat off
the beaten path, suggestions for exploring the local neighbourhoods, arranging
small group tours, anything you might need or are interested in, he is there for you.
Close to the beach and lovely Fifth Avenue promenade, we were glad not to
reside beside one of the noisy huge Resorts, but between local family homes, where we found people very friendly, kids always about running around and smiling at your

Charming
My daughter and I stayed at Villas Del Mar for a week and loved it! The suites were simple and stylish with a mediterranean/mexican vibe. The rooftop deck was lovely as was the courtyard with the pool. The location was nice as it was close to the beach and maybe a 25 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of 5th Ave. We enjoyed walking into town along the beach but 5th Avenue is only a block away with a nice sidewalk that will lead you to the action. There are bikes for rent if you don't feel like walking and a restaurant close by if you don't feel like cooking. Stefano was always close by and we also enjoyed the company of the resident cat.

Outstanding Place
I would say that the owner has all in place. Excellent if you want a peaceful place. The location is 1block to the beach. Excellent !!
