Honestly loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but not close enough to be bothered by the constant noise coming from the nearby clubs.
The apartment is the cutest beach-themed flat I have been in. The staff send a very nice and helpful girl named Daisy for our check-in and check-out. We didn´t spend a whole lot of time in the apartment but I can attest to the comfort level of the bed and it was really good. It was also awesome that they provide beach towels, and discounts for the local beach clubs.

Best value in all of Playa!
We stayed here for 2 nights on the tail end of a trip after staying at an all-inclusive in Riveria Maya. 5 of us, two adults and 3 children. While the location is not on 5th avenue, it's short walk (about two blocks) to get there. There are stores and restaurants within minutes. There is also parking right in front, which is a plus. The courtyard area and pool were like a private oasis, and our kids really enjoyed the small pool. The condo is just like the pictures. It's bright and clean. The nice cable TV and movies were great since it rained most of the two days we were there. It provided ample room to spread out and relax. It would be a nice place to stay, even for an extended trip, as it is close to the main action and very car accessible.
