Feel at home and enjoy being in our home being that has everything you need for a family vacation. It's 1 mille from Xcalacoco beach, 15 min by car from the emblematic Fifth Avenue and 40 min from Tulum and Cancun airport. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 - ½ bathrooms, parking for 1 car and a beautiful backyard perfect to rest after a day of adventures.

Located in a private neighborhood with 24 hour security, very quiet and comfortable; full of gardens. With easy access to the main road that connects the Riviera Maya, as well as access to public transport or taxi outside it. At the entrance of the neighborhood you will find convenience stores, a small restaurant and laundry and 20 minutes from Xcaret, 20 minutes from Puerto Morelos
Getting around
You can arrive from Cancun airport in colective taxi to Balam Tun neighborhood and transport yourself in community vans or "combis" that pass outside the main door of the neighborhood to and from the downtown at affordable prices. There is the option of using a taxi, with the disadvantage of the price, so the option that we most recommend is car rental, since it allows you to travel and discover the tourist destinations freely.
