Located in the front part of the house, thus separated from the other 2 rooms in the backyard. Comes with 2 full-size beds, workdesk, ceiling fan, full ensuite bathroom, air conditioning.
Bedrooms 'Jungle' and 'Zunum'
Located in the back part of the house. Each room has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, workdesk, ceiling fan, air conditioning. Room 'Zunum' features a balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
The pool is not heated but has a perfect temperature for cooling off and re-energize in the afternoon after a long day of exploring in the tropical, humid Merida’s climate.
There is a washer / dryer at your disposal.
The security of our guests is very important to us. Therefore one camera is set up in the entrance hall. In order to protect your privacy there are no other cameras inside the house/guest living spaces.
Guests have full access to entire property except roof.
Please note, electricity will be charged separately. The meter will be read at your arrival & departure to determine the electricity usage during your stay. The applicable rate is 3,5 MXN per kWh.

Interaction with guests: Our terrific Property Manager will welcome you and help to get you orientated with the house and the neighborhood. Our comprehensive manual has many recommendations for places to see, eat and enjoy. Guests will also have 24hrs a day open communication with hosts if anything is needed via phone or messenger.
Casa Zunum was everything we'd hoped for and more! It is airy, gracious, well equipped---and located very well for exploring this very cool city. The beds were comfortable, baths beautiful and there was plenty of room to store our things. The pool is fantastic with comfy seating, perfect for cooling off after hot days walking the city--and quickly became our gathering spot for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. Great care was taken in putting this lovely home together---and we appreciated every detail and wished only that we could stay longer. Merida is well worth a longer visit---very walkable and when the heat gets to be too much, taxis and Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive. Elena and Alberto were awesome---very attentive and helpful in answering questions and directing us to whatever we needed. I recommend Casa Zunum highly---and truly hope we will be back to Merida and this beautiful home. One last comment---the very thoughtfully compiled binder with all of the information you might need was the most comprehensive we've ever seen!

Impresionante casa en excelentes condiciones,,decorada con muchos detalles muy finos, muy cómoda y todo de mucha calidad y con muy buen gusto!!
Elena (Host) excelente persona , siempre atenta en todo momento, ayudandonos en todo lo que se ofreció, muy detallista y súper amable !!
Todo de primera y súper bien, la disfrutamos mucho en familia y por supuesto, que volvería sin dudarlo ..... muy, muy muy Recomendable !!
