Our new house is located in the north of the city of Mérida in 'Fraccionamiento Las Américas'. It has two rooms equipped with comfortable beds and both with air conditioning, we also have a sofa bed, a kitchen space and a cozy dining room. Our accommodation was designed for people who rents, so it is ideal for people who come to Merida for work, school or tourism.

About the neighborhood

Las Américas is a mini-city, you can find a park, a small shop and a greengrocer walking within 10 minutes. And you can visit by car or walking several restaurants and unique spaces in the area of the subdivision. Las Américas also has wide streets to walk, take your dogs for a walk and you can even find less than 15 minutes from the most important private universities in the city: Anáhuac Mayab, UVM and Marist University.

If you come from the airport head northwest on Calle 23 towards Calle 21 and then drive on the peripheral Lic. Manuel Berzunza towards the Progreso highway, take the exit towards Progreso and then join Perif. from Mérida Lic. Manuel Berzunza, Take Calle 74 and Calle 59 towards Calle 55D.
