You can jump in the ocean for a bit of snorkeling or take a leisurely stroll along the beach and perhaps play a little volleyball, Frisbee, or rent a jet ski. You can arrange for a SCUBA diving or glass-bottom boat snorkeling adventure, so you can see the underwater world of this incredible island. Your guide will pick you up right at your condo, and whisk you off on an offshore adventure.

This is a 10 Star location. This condo is in the perfect location. We will be back again and again. Great staff. Secure spot. Truly a heaven on earth. You can even go snorkeling right out o your back door. The condo itself is super cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. Private pool was perfectly warm for our night swims.

Absolutely spectacular beachfront condo!
This place is completely perfect. The condo complex is beautiful, tidy, with friendly staff and a wonderful location. The beach area is quiet and safe. The condo is well-equipped with extras of anything needed, such as towels, first aid, etc. and a small kitchenette with all the essentials and then some. The swimming area is literally 30 feet away, and utterly perfect. The property manager and housekeeper were fantastic, so helpful, and responsive. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Time and Place
We spent 12 days at 5110 and had a wonderful time. 35 yards from the ocean and beautiful snorkeling. The only problem we had was not enough time. Would strongly recommend to stay 2 weeks, or as long as you can to fully see Cozumel. The condo with the king bed is very comfortable. The condo has everything you need. We will be back.

AMAZING!!
I've stayed at theses units in the past and I will never stay anywhere else. The grounds are always beautiful and the staff is superior. I'm not into the crowds and this is far enough out that you can enjoy some quite time or make a short drive to town for activities. If you're looking to step out from your door onto the beach, this is the place to do it. EXCELLENT!!

Breathtaking Views! Perfect Location
Casita Del Mar was so perfect- the condo is a studio but doesn't feel cramped. There is a floor to ceiling glass sliding door that looks out to the ocean. The AC worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the condo so much and will rent again.
We booked via Enjoy Cozumel- SO helpful and easy, they provided us with so much information, it really made our trip easy breezy.
The condo is part of Residencias Reef- the staff there was fantastic- could not get any better than them!

Perfect
The condo is exactly as pictured. For such a small studio it is very well and thoughtfully appointed. The beach is right in front of you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also rented a car with Enjoy Cozumel and fiesta car rental and was very pleased with them as well.
Snorkelling in front is okay, but we went to money bar and it was excellent. There is a fantastic bike trail from there so a bicycle would be ideal. The pool is very large and warm. The beach was never crowded and all the other guests were friendly and nice.

A perfect vaction!
If you are looking for the perfect place to stay,this was it! Our room was so well stocked and beautiful, complete with washer and dryer! We walked right out the door to the beach. We loved watching the boats go by in the morning and the stars at night.. We tried the chef that comes to your room and cooks dinner and we had Fernando and it was fantastic! We even had him come back another night. We dove with Christina and Javier on the Nena for a week. They were superb dive masters and picked us up at the pier in front of the condo. It truly was a perfect vacation.

Nice Studio Condominium on the beach with wonderful view
We rented this unit for Christmas week so that we could enjoy time on the beach away for a slower relaxing vacation. We were not disappointed. Unit is a studio equipped with a kitchenette which includes 2 portable burners, microwave, small "dorm style" refrigerator and just about anything you could need for a week. We enjoyed the patio for eating breakfasts and just relaxing after diving/snorkeling for the day. Patio comes with a lounger, small table and two chairs. The secrets boat dock is just 100 meters and is open for your dive operation to pick you up. Being on the south side, the boat ride to/from the condo from the dive sites was just a 5-20 minutes each way.
The king-sized bed was a little firm for my taste, however, I realize that would not be the case for everyone.
If we were to stay there again, we would rent a car for the entire week rather than just a few days. We snorkeled at Corona Beach and ate dinner most nights in town at our favorite restaurants. After we turned the rental car in, the security guards hailed us a cab for us. Most of the time, the wait was only about 5 minutes or less. At 150 pesos each way, this can quickly add up and is less convenient than just renting a vehicle.

Beautiful place,beautiful views!
Love, love, love this condo. For someone who always stays at an upscale all inclusive, that says a lot! The decor was beautiful, the location of the condo was fabulous, the staff were wonderful and Isabel works magic with her hands! Have been coming to Cozumel for almost 10 years at least twice a year and will definitely be back here.In fact we are already reserving for June! Until I buy, this is my new home away from home!

Paradise
We came to Cozumel for the Ironman Competition so we stayed the first 4 days in the city close to the race happenings. It was a busy 4 days. Then off to the peace and quiet of Residencia Reef. We walked in the door of Casita Del Mar and immediately felt relaxed, dropped our bags, cracked open a bottle of wine and watched the sun set right from our beachside patio. The room décor was calming and professional. They have thought of everything, abundant bath and beach towels, beach floaties, phone, internet, tv, there were even a few staple foods in the frig/cupboard to make cooking breakfasts easy. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with a 2 top portable burner, micro, toaster oven, toaster, blender, quality, dishes, pans and utensils. We made breakfast and lunch/happy hour daily and went out for dinner. We found no restaurants within walking distance from the condo except the all-inclusive resorts which offer day passes. We took a taxi to town nightly (150 peso each way) Great food at Kendesa, La Hach, Gusto, The Money Bar. Best Dive shop is Deep Exposure, Rodger gave us personal attention in a small group and a nice boat. Saw everything, sea turtles, eagle rays, eels, lobsters, crabs, and more varieties of fishes and corals then I could count. We snorkeled right outside the condo for hours and saw so much, the highlights were the flounder, and rays. Another guest said she saw a seahorse! The staff at Residencia Reef were very accommodating and friendly. We booked our condos, car rental and photo tour with Pawel and Margaret. They were very helpful!
