The room is very spacious and comfortable. The entrance, the kitchen and the bathroom are in the ground floor. The room features cable TV, internet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, table, kitchen, kettle and a minibar. The house is located in a very peaceful residential area; we live in front of a preserved park, which makes walking very enjoyable. It is very close to supermarkets, restaurants, food business, public transport and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room is spacious, comfortable and private, to get there you have to go through the main entrance of the house but once you're in the backyard, it's only a few feet away, which allows you to enjoy your stay in complete tranquility. If it is necessary, we also have an extra cot, but we need you to tell us in advance. The room max capacity is 4 people, . Services included with no extra cost are: hot water, private bathroom, towels, sheets, internet, cable TV, gas grill, minibar, kettle, toaster, kitchenware (plates, cups, cutlery, etc.) housekeeping twice a week (extra days have an additional cost), air conditioning, speakers, DVD player, clothespins, clothes hangers and a ceiling fan. The house also has a swimming pool, perfect for Cancun's weather. We also have a ping pong table, books, mats for the pool and games; you just have to ask for them. We are a very close family and we enjoy hosting. We will always be available to support and resolve any problems that you could have. The area is well connected and public transport is only 2 blocks from our house. We live two and five blocks away from two major avenues of Cancun and just 20 minutes from the most beautiful beaches, it is a relatively small city and distances are very short. If you're interested in private transportation, we just need you to tell us in advance so we can make a reservation. Depending on your needs the cost will vary. We have 2 dogs. They are sweet, calm and fun to play with, they are not dangerous at all but they live in the backyard. We allow smoking only in the pool area and the backyard. We want to satisfy your needs and we look forward to your arrival. ESPAÑOL La habitación es muy espaciosa y cómoda. La habitación cuenta con TV por cable, internet, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, mesa, cocina, hervidor y minibar. La entrada, la cocina y el baño están en la planta baja. La casa está situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila; Vivimos en frente de un parque que es reserva natural, lo que hace que dar un paseo por ahí sea muy agradable. Está muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes, negocios de alimentos, transporte público y todo lo necesario para que su estancia sea lo más agradable posible. La habitación es espaciosa, cómoda y privada, para llegar tienes que ir a través de la entrada principal de la casa, pero una vez que estás en el patio trasero, está a sólo unos metros de distancia, lo que le permite disfrutar de su estancia en completa tranquilidad. La habitación tiene una cama king size y un sofá cama lo suficientemente grande para 2 personas para dormir cómodamente, haciendo la habitación ideal para parejas con niños. Si es necesario, también tenemos una cuna extra, pero necesitamos que nos lo diga de antemano. La capacidad máxima de la habitación es de 5 personas,. Los servicios incluidos sin costo adicional son: agua caliente, baño privado, toallas, sábanas, internet, TV por cable, parrilla de gas, minibar, cafetera, tostadora, utensilios de cocina (platos, tazas, cubiertos, etc.) aire acondicionado, altavoces, reproductor de DVD, pinzas de ropa, perchas y un ventilador de techo. Se realiza limpieza una vez a la semana. La casa también tiene una piscina, ideal para el clima de Cancún. También tenemos una mesa de ping pong, libros, esteras para la piscina y juegos; Sólo tienes que pedir por ellos. Somos una familia muy afectuosa y disfrutamos recibiendo huéspedes. Siempre estaremos disponibles para apoyar y resolver cualquier problema que pueda tener. La zona está bien comunicada y el transporte público está a sólo 2 cuadras de nuestra casa. Estamos a sólo dos y cinco cuadras de dos avenidas principales de Cancún y sólo 20 minutos de las playas más hermosas, es una ciudad relativamente pequeña y las distancias son muy cortas. Si usted está interesado en el transporte privado, sólo necesitamos que nos avise por adelantado para que podamos hacer una reserva. Dependiendo de sus necesidades el costo variará. Tenemos 2 perros. Son dulces, tranquilos y divertidos para jugar, no son peligrosos en absoluto, pero viven en el patio trasero. Permitimos fumar sólo en el área de la piscina y el patio trasero. Queremos satisfacer sus necesidades y esperamos su llegada. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar las mejores vacaciones en un paraíso como Cancún. More

Excellent casa, excellent host

Cecilia and her husband were great hosts. Helped us a lot with planning local tours. Dropped us off on the way to a nice restaurant and in general were very nice and helping. Sorry Cecilia for breaking your glass jar. Their dogs were very friendly...More

Cheerful, comfortable and quiet

We loved this apartment in Cancun and our gracious hosts, Cecilia and Marcelo. They were very helpful and welcoming. The neighbourhood was safe and we could walk from there to shops and restaurants.

Excellent Value!

Amazing... "Home Away From Home"

Extremely friendly. The "Casa" was extremely clean and the air conditioner fabulous. Very Comfortable and Private! Two shorts blocks from main road for public transportation and restaurants. nicely done

All was as expected and advertised. Needed to have stayed longer to explore the area. We merely did a couple of tourist items that we reached via cab or bus. "Host family" was multi-lingual and wonderful and very accommodating. Artwork is beautiful.
