No reply from host
We never stayed at this location to due having gotten decompression sickness in Cozumel. I tried to contact the host to cancel but never received a reply. While I understand I was past the cancellation time, a reply would have been polite.

Great stat
This is a great place to stay. This place is kind of hidden, but as soon as you set foot on the gated property, itw geougeous. We picked the villa closeat to the pool. We had two nice bedrooms, a bathroom, and a full kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning, and they have wifi. The villa was nicely kept even though it was construction going on. The reson why i dont give this place 5 stars is because we had a potential break in that was not resolved and one night the power went off and it was blazing hot. Other wise thr staff is friendly and i will reccommend this place for anyone on a budget. Its a 15 min drive from the airport and all other cancun hot spots and night life.

Great Vacation Rental
This is a really beautiful place. it is in a quiet area about 20-30 min from wherever you want to go. 10 min from the airport, 20 min from downtown cancun, and 25 min fro hotel zone. This area is gated and secure. The property manager is very nice and helped us with whatever we needed. The villa was nice and clean. Had 2 bed rooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and dining area. Its an AC and 2 fans in every room. The villa also has a really nice pool and their are security cameras everywhere. Besides the power going out our second day, one of our AC breaking down on our last day, and a possible braking/theft altercation, I give this place a 4/5.
